of all the random things, I LOL'd at the shoulder pads, best thing I did in my second to last year in Pop Warner is start insisting on using the WR shoulder pads even though I played Center and Nose Tackle, so much lighter, range of motion, harder for opponents to hold, etc

It probably also gave you less protection but if you can shoot your arms up faster with the smaller pads you were already doing better lol

Why blur the face of the cowardly onlookers cheering this on? Why protect their identities when one of these cowards was filming and cheering this on? The victims didn't have their identities protected. The attackers and onlookers deserve no better.

I don't know what's funnier, that Joseph Gordon-Levitt totally Shatner'd it or that it 100% worked. HILARIoUS

It's easy to forget how dominant Jordan was, against better competition. That 72-win 1996 team still had the Pacers and Knicks in their conference and hand-checking was legal. The flagrant foul had only recently been invented. Maybe by virtue of being smaller than LeBron, he was shiftier, more physically creative. Maybe because he had to beat the Bad Boy Pistons, he had the toughness to just dunk on people... LeBron can jump just as high but his most famous dunk was on Jason Terry, versus Jordan dunking on some of the best big men of all time (Mutumbo and Ewing – LeBron was afraid to drive with Tiago Splitter and 36-year-old Duncan guarding the paint and only won the 2013 Finals because his jump shot was falling). LeBron's book is only half-written, but I think it's too easy to forget how great Jordan was.

Guy does not get pushed backwards, and he doesn't know how to quit on a play either.

An entire bookstore devoted strictly to architecture, design, art, and fashion, amazing architecture selection, good design selection, wide range of older books in those categories not found elsewhere. One of my favorite bookstores, great find!

Amazing curated selection of books available at this bookstore, cool space. [edit: More emphasis needs to be placed on their curation, as almost every book is eminently readable and of high quality, like an entire store of staff picks]. All of the tables and shelves are on wheels which allows the space to be converted for events, which I haven't been able to attend yet due to popular demand for the major authors they host.

I live nearby and was meaning to try this place for a couple months and finally got around to it. Amazing garlic knots, not soggy or greasy, just the right amount of spice and oil/butter and garlic. Pizza crust was also good and the regular slice has the multi cheese blend with a touch of flavor. I'd recommend this place, weird location off of Main Street but worth going 30-45 seconds out of the way.

They don't skimp on their bacon egg and cheeses, and their Philly cheese steaks are also excellent as is their Chipotle sandwich. Fresh fruit, great craft beer selection. Highly recommend.

Amazing steak sandwich on a roll with red & green peppers and onion, only $5, good deal on a hole-in-the-wall place
