" What is called the spirit of the void is where there is nothing. It is not included in man's knowledge. Of course the void is nothingness. By knowing things that exist, you can know that which does not exist. That is the void." - Miyamoto Musashi; The Book of Five Rings--The book of the Void.

So, having both my poweredge 2850 and 750 under my bed was a bit.. well, ridiculously loud. I never left my servers on for more than a day. So I moved them to my closet to help manage the noise. I am going to run with the closet closed and monitor the temps to see how long I can do this (probably not very long). I think the best long term solution is to move these to the loft, and run ethernet cables to them.
