Introduction
I have been a dietitian since 2009. I have worked in various settings for nutrition consulting ranging from athletic club, private setting, weight loss clinic and worksite wellness.  I specialize in weight loss, sports nutrition, disordered eating and menu analysis.  I also love to cook and teach people how to cook on a budget.

I started my own nutrition consulting business, Step Ahead Nutrition in 2011.  I had the opportunity to travel internationally in 2011 consulting with a restaurant chain for menu analysis.  So far, this has been a career highlight for me.  I would love to do more international consulting.

I also really enjoy teaching nutrition whether in a class setting or an informal group presentation.  I teach nutrition for University of Denver and Community College of Aurora.
