Went there for lunch with my husband and my two year son. We were the second table they had at lunch time. So only two tables in the whole restaurant and this was the worse service that we ever had. Food is completely over priced for what they want $3.25 for a soda $3.50 for half an avocado. And when the meal came out the food was cold. We waited forever to even see our waitress about warming the food up in the microwave. She was to busy in the back talking to another server. I heard this place was amazing and now it seems like it's a complete mess.

The menu and food has changed. New management has changed the rolls to wheat, no special-oil to dip the dry wheat rolls, the coleslaw had less pineapple, no more potato casarolle, the buffalo chips were not chips, more like round under-cooked 'something ', meat looks like a different grade or brand. The only thing the same was the salad. I was disappointed during the whole meal. What a shame,,, been going there for over 10 years and won't be going back for awhile. If I do, I will order something new like a burger

Wait staff was prompt, polite, and attentive. Drinks were fast coming. Food was spectacular; I had the NY strip steak ,med, and can honestly say it was one of the best cuts I've ever had. Hidden gem in the desert.

The restaurant used to be really good, unfortunately they sold it and the new administration is trying to reduce coats with chip meat. The steaks they use are not good quality. I even think they use fake steak cuts. I purchased a ribeye and the taste was horrible, the meat was really hard to chew. I thought i was chewing a piece of rubber. Not recommended.

Everyone in the restaurant was really nice to us. Excellent service and attention to detail. The young lady with the spiked hair was a delight to chat with and made us feel at home. The food was delicious. The fajitas were awesome and so was the ribeye.

We got a chicken fried steak I thought being a steakhouse it would be handbattered there but it tasted like one you get from frozen food section at Walmart wasn't very good.

Celebrated Thanksgiving at Edge of Texas Steakhouse - one of the very few restaurants open for the Holiday. The family steak dinner was delicious and cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Mary Rose, friendly, attentive and fun to chat with. We will surely be repeat customers. La Mesa, New Mexico
