I love these apartments and the Staff here at COUNTRY LAKE My first impression was great and it has not changed this is the BEST apartment I've lived in overall!, the neighbors have been very welcoming and have not had any complaints. I really like the setup of the apartment it is very roomy and and quiet as well. I've only had a couple of fix it problems with the new apartment but have been immediately taken care of and i am very pleased. I want to thank Management and Maintenance for everything they have done for us i don't know about the old Management but the new Girls Rock!. THANKS!!!

The entire apartments are made to believe that they're a lot nicer than they actually are. Our first month moving in we had somebody break into our rented garage in broad day light. They have it gated, but it obviously still didn't stop somebody from breaking into our garage in broad day light. From there we were made to believe tons of misguided information. The marble counter tops were simply just painted with spray paint to give it a "marble" look. The hardwood floors are a fake hardwood and linoleum type substance that's suppose to imitate wood. Poorly made drapers occupy all of the apartments and if any of those pieces fall down they simply just repair it with some scotch tape and put the same failed drapery piece back up only to have it fall off again in the future. Overall these apartments are a bit nicer than most of the apartments in this area, have an awesome dog park and pool, but there are a few things that could be done to make them as nice as they are originally presented.

These are definitely older apartments but I absolutely LOVED the layout and the price of the 2 bedrooms! My master bedroom is Humongous! I don't know why people are complaining about the staff? They were so nice and went through every apt. they had to find the one that I wanted for my price! CJ helped me and was awesome! My dog loves the dog park and I love my view of the pond! Overall this is a great place to live!

Moved into these apartments not too long ago and I am pleasantly surprised! The management is great, we moved in and had a few issues but everything was fixed within a few days. So much better than my last apartment. Super happy with Country Lake!!!

This was hands down the most horrific moving experience I've ever been through. Starting from the top: I was shown a really lovely (model) apartment and told multiple times I would be getting the same apartment with MINOR differences including a couple different light fixtures and maybe faucets. When we went to move in, they didn't have a single shred of paperwork ready for us and couldn't find our keys. When they finally found our keys, half our uHaul truck rental time was gone and our apartment key was the wrong one! Once that finally got sorted out, we realized to our horror that we'd been given a total hell hole of an apartment. This unit was absolutely disgusting. Our carpets had probably never been cleaned and had obviously needed to be replaced many years ago, the linoleum was cracked and peeling around edges AND in the center of the dining room area, there were nails and staples sticking out of walls and floors. Years of grime, bacteria and potentially mold in window sills, tub, and the cracks in the flooring. One faucet didn't have hot water, the tub faucet was barely hanging on. The handle to the sliding glass door to the deck was also barely hanging on. Our window screens were either non-existent or torn. Cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were disgusting; there was what seemed to be mold growing in one of the cabinet spaces...I wouldn't put dirty shoes in there much less food and toiletry items! After walking around for about 30 minutes in my bare feet I had to WASH THEM before getting into my clean bed because they were so dirty!! To top this all off, when we went to express our immense frustrations to the girl in the office, CJ, first thing the next morning, she informed us that the manager (Jana Allen) was "gone until 9 AM Monday morning" and REFUSED to call her to share the situation with her and get this resolved. My boyfriend and I had never been so disgusted by both the physical state of an apartment AND the way we were treated. Since when is it OK to treat people like that??! How do these people sleep at night knowing they've moved two people into a unit that is in no way move-in ready and then ignore them?? Regardless, I feel it is my responsibility to tell as many people as possible NOT to move into these apartments because I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Learn from my mistake and don't let it become your own. Do NOT move into these apartments.

Left Utah to move back East but I just want to say to stay away from this ghetto. All I have to say is the first night we moved in, the next morning we woke to find that our moving truck had graffiti all over it. Oh and we were told that the neighborhood was safe when we were moving in. We were witness to a massive gang fight down the street where multiple people were shot, stabbed, life flighted out and arrested by almost every cop from the Salt Lake valley. Happy to be back East now.
