The service was great, but the food wasn't anything special. We ordered the nachos, a pretzel with a special mustard sauce and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with standard fries and kimchi cole slaw. The nachos were the only best part but there was barely any chicken on it, the pretzel took forever to be given to us and the mustard was a bit more of a dare devil sauce than anything you can try to work with. The pork sandwich was too heavy with the sugary BBQ sauce and disappointed us. The kimchi cole slaw was old and there were pieces of rotten cabbage in it. Don't waste your time and money for food and parking unless you're just there for the beer.

Overlook the over-the-top theming here (which is mostly genuine it seems), ignore the tourists, and get into the mood for exploring a nice range of beers. The selection isn't huge but it is however very well represented and well priced. Combine that with very friendly service and reasonable food and you have a winner in my opinion. In fact it was impossible to resist returning a second night in a row. Woops, did I say that out-loud...?

Not US or Canadian? - bring your passport. I'm British and pleasantly surprised when asked for ID at bars in Seattle, although at Pike's you need your passport if you're not from the US or Canada, in fact not only can you not buy a beer, you can't sit within 20 feet of the bar. I'm sure it's a great place, just very particular about ID.

I ordered the "Son of Reuben" and it was plenty big for me (maybe a little too much, but I still eat it). The rueben was pretty good but seemed liked typical pub food.

In the running for favorite bar in the city. They have a good amount of seating at the bar and a few large tables in the back. The spicy pickle backs are so smooth, delicious and spicy The bowl of bacon comes with maple and ranch to dip on the side nuff said! The staff is great, attentive and friendly Do yourself a favor and go here!

So far, cool atmosphere, wifi sucks, fries are frozen, mustard is really good, beer is ok, burgers are slightly better than five guys for twice the price.

Two people in our group said the veggie quesadilla was the best quesadilla they have ever had in their life. Perfectly crispy tortilla, just the right amount of veggies and a wonderfully delicious blend of cheeses. The macaroni and cheese and Montlake Mule drink was delicious as well.
