Modern American cooking boosted by outdoor dining in warm weather & views of the ice rink in winter.- Google
"I love this place -- the outdoor seating and food is great."
"I found the Kobe burger average and not very flavorful."

The waitstaff person my family and I had did not seem overly concerned with the poor impression she was leaving. The small plastic cups our drinks were served in required multiple refills, but you are only allowed one - something she failed to mention until I asked for my 2nd refill. American burger was pretty tasty, but the overall experience was not worth the ambience. I would not recommend this establishment at all.

My wife and I, and our families have visited PG a number of times. The staff members are very attentive and engaging, the atmosphere is top notch, and the food is amazing. In terms of special events, we held our wedding at PG and it too was everything we had come to know and expect from our visits here ! Thank you all.

Service was okay and it wasn't that busy, the food was okay I got a prime rib sandwich and it was drenched in this mayo horse radish sauce, the meat was good but WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE.

An outdoor patio with plenty of seating options and a decent enough drink menu make this a great stop off in the shadow of the famous bean statue. For safety sake, all beverages are served in plastic, bringing back memories of a frat party. But the ambiance and clientele class the joint up considerably. Come with friends for cocktails and then head elsewhere for dinner. #Chicago #PatioDrinks

4 stars mainly because of its location. you can't beat the location especially if you're tired from exploring the Millennium Park and Art Institute. It's right there. They have good selections of salads and burgers. also crab cakes, steaks and fish dishes (usually salmon and Ahi tuna). All nicely done - what you'd expect for the price point for restaurants along the Magnificent Mile. That being said, if you don't mind the price range, check out the restaurant at the top of Art Institute modern wing for a more innovative menu.

Interesting food, slow service. Sarcastic "have a nice day" hostess in response to a two stall restroom for hundreds of guests. Walking dead hostess. Taking visitors for granted. Restaurant inside smells like old fish.

The location is the only high point for this restaurant. The space smelled when I visited, the table was dirty, the restaurant wasn't crowed which confirms the lack of attention the staff provides and the food is basic no extra flavor or quality. Just put a Denny's there because that's what this is.

Haven't been here for a while because of a very bad experience in the past. Several years ago had dinner here and the waitress was terrible. We never received bread with our meal even though we asked for it several times, and observed all the other tables around us receive bread. The last time we asked for the bread, the waitress was belligerent and cursed us out. I don't even remember what we had for dinner, I do remember it being horribly over priced, but it was ruined for us. Yes, we did speak to the manager and he was talking to the waitress when we left, but, I don't think I will ever go back. #CityExperts @GoogleLocalCHI
