- Author-Speaker-Coach, present
I am a published author, speaker and coach. I have successfully developed & marketed 2 unique brands with content marketing & social media. Whatever your needs are, I would love to hear from you.
I began my coaching blog in an effort to share my knowledge with fellow coaches who are in need of more clients and increased income. I share my proven techniques that help in improving online presence. I explain how to begin blogs and sites or improve the ones that have already been started but need "tweaking." I offer ways to improve SEO, copyrighting, creativity, writing and organization. I share ways that coaches can attract more clients through engaging more successfully with social media.
I am a motivational speaker and divorce coach. I experienced a divorce after successfully raising four children as a stay at home mom and corporate wife.
I learned firsthand the kind of financial and legal abuse women suffer during and after the divorce process. Although I lost my home and my financial security, I discovered how to survive and to go beyond fear, guilt and sadness.
I began to share my insights and experiences on my personal blog and quickly discovered how many women, facing similar
circumstances, lose hope and personal control. That was almost a decade ago. Because I cared and wanted to help women heal, I have established myself as a highly respected divorce coach.
My approach is based on non-judgmental listening, knowledge of the divorce process and a deep conviction that every woman can learn to motivate herself into a fuller, more productive life than she has previously known.

RUGBY JONES AND OVERCOMING ADVERSITY
I am the author of the book The "Tail" of Rugby Jones: A Rascal's Journey from Disability to Ability. I speak at schools and organizations about ways to overcome adversity and stop bullying. I present upbeat techniques by which children can gain higher levels of self esteem in spite of their differences and often because of them.
Because of my passion to help children who are differently-abled, I began a site and geared it toward helping adults and kids who are attempting to overcome any adversity. I offer solutions and promote the idea that we all need to be proud of who we are.
The site and book have received international acclaim and have been recognized by NBC, The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation and Ripley's among others.
I have coined the word "difability" to be used instead of disability which has a negative connotation.
