We had an excellent meal here while visiting Portland. They have a "choose your own" three course option, which was a great value. Service was perfect. Food was interesting and delicious. Highly recommend!

We recently hosted our son's rehearsal dinner upstairs at Firehouse. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. We reserved the room several months ago and between that time and the end of our evening communication with the event coordinator, Kasey, was excellent. The space was warm and lovely. They suggested I bring flowers which added to the atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was at the perfect level. The attention to detail was appreciated. The bride and groom had a sweet drawing they used on their save the date cards, their invitations and at the wedding. Kasey was willing and able to take the extra step and incorporate the drawing onto the menu that was at each seat. Those special small touches added to the experience. We began with wine and beer and appetizers and then sat down for the family style meal. This was the first time some of the family members were meeting one another. This beautiful but casual style was perfect to get people talking. All in all the evening was a hit! (And the wedding the next day was amazing :). Thank you so much Kasey and Firehouse for a memorable evening!

The food and service are great, but for the price, you could find better dining experiences around town.

Incredible food--fresh mussels from Puget Sound--the best I've ever had. Great food, friendly & efficient staff, great service. Love the quaint atmosphere. Will go again!

The side dishes were gross. cold and under cooked. they were not busy so not sure why that happened. we also ordered a pizza and it looked like it came out of swimming pool. So soggy when cutting it actually came back towards me. soup pizza. very disappointed because next table had great looking pizzas. Greeter was friendly but waitress was very rude. She came to our table the first time took an empty plate from our table and didn't smile or even ask how things were or if she could get us anything else. We noticed nobody was smiling on the the staff. we will never come back again and have already told family and friends about our horrific experience here. Went to buffalo wings to get real food and great service. Avoid this place at all costs.

First time here and I will be back. The Caesar salad, meatball entree, and chocolate caramel crunch desert were each especially good, very nice service, and a beautiful ambience. Anthony Bourdain should stop by. Thank you!

Food is great! Though I always expect portions to be bigger for the price. The pizza is the most worthwhile.

The waitress was rude. Super rude. The bare minimum I expect is bring me what I ordered (not something I didn't order) and be polite to me. If you can't find it in you to be just plain old polite then you didn't even do your job, and you can forget the tip. The food? Meh. We won't go back.
