Best mocha in town. They are the only place I know of that uses cocoa powder to make their mocha, all others use chocolate syrup. I can really taste the difference.

Sometimes this place is rather busy. For being so highly trafficked they do a good job of keeping a clean atmosphere. I like having casual business meetings here.

Unfortunately this is the only coffee joint next to McGukins and Sprouts that I frequent. This place is entirely cluttered. With the feeling of merchandise jumping out at you the vibe of a coffee shop is lost. The chai is milky and the lattes sometimes burnt tasting. Lastly, those agressive tip jars begging for money ought to go.

One thing that sets the Boulder Brewing Market apart, besides its great location and the fabulous European-style candy case, is the outstanding array of tea and coffee accessories, including cast iron Japanese "tetsubin," hand-made Mexican mugs with etched and glazed folk motifs, coffee machines and utensils, stylish Italian espresso cups, and a collection of extraordinary paper-cut greeting cards. This is a place not only to drink, graze, and chat or surf, but to do some serious shopping for kitchen gadgetry and special gifts.

Been frequenting all the Brewing Market stores since the late 80's. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable, friendly and interested to get to know their patrons. The coffee is superb and the experience of sitting down under one of their heated cabanas in the cold season and sipping some fine coffee never gets old. Highly recommend this landmark establishment... Friends don't let friends drink Starbucks ! Long live the Brewing Mkt !

This was my favorite place for years and years and YEARS......and their chai can be great...but I'm finally realizing that I just can't go there anymore. Besides the sometimes ridiculous wait...there are too many inconsistencies. A wet cap is a whole different animal ...depending on who makes it. You just never know what you're going to get. Their Chai same thing....sometimes is syrupy sweet and sometimes it's great. Their green is always sweet...but even their black is too....but depending on the day. The staff turnover is so frequent I"m sure that's part of it...it is sad to see it go....but just don't want mystery coffee anymore. Bye Bye Brewing Market.
