Some engineers have never dated a real person. They've tried to, but it's hard for them to appreciate that real people don't necessarily use data to make decisions -- especially when it comes to love. Perhaps their most embarrassing moments come when they try to mimic what non-engineers do in order to make themselves more attractive. This mirrors some of the little issues that the Google brand has had over the years in becoming, well, human. When you've spent you life believing that facts are everything, it's hard to imagine that people might prefer, oh, rounded corners or that ephemeral thing sometimes known as taste. Over the last forty +- years I have been developing educational program. My PH.D is in Consumer psychology targeting Education. I ran a lab in the early 70's in Alaska targeting the Native Alaskans. Designing, evaluating and distributing educational material to the villages using ATS6 satellite and air drop of cores ware via small bush aircraft. due to my success, I was offered a research lab at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. I founded the Micro Computer Development Lab" in ME Dept. My lab looked at "the toy computers" as they were referred to by the University's Computer Dept. TSR 80, Apple, Commodore, TI Rainbow etc. My pet projects were education oriented. Yes I worked on helping to develop the Internet with ARPA. I, also was involved with AI development on the "Toy computers - PC's)" to the dismay of the Computer Department. My lab was supported by some of the best and brightest students at the U of M through an independent study program that was offered them using my lab.

Well well can lie because our president does. I am watching on my cell phone. I asked why the tv's around the VA are not on the news channels i was told that vets get too upset and have led to poor care because the anger is contagious and the staff are the recipients get the brunt of it.
