Prime Ribeye With Mushroom Ragu - I know, who puts gravy on prime beef, but I didn’t actually know its grade until the meal was over.  It was delicious and the recipes and photos are at: http://bigdudesramblings.blogspot.com/2013/11/rib-eye-steak-with-mushroom-ragu.html

We have a great porcini mushroom infused olive oil that would be a burst of flavor to finish with a drizzle on top. Check out our website. Http://hardpressedoils.com

Breakfast from leftovers - I made this delicious breakfast awhile back from an egg and a leftover twice baked potato.  Details at: http://bigdudesramblings.blogspot.com/2012/01/twice-baked-potato-twice-for-breakfast.html.

I once did a taste test to compare homemade to OreIda hash brown potatoes.  This is my delicious meal which included locally made Polish sausage.  I couldn’t tell much difference between the two potatoes – more details at: http://bigdudesramblings.blogspot.com/2012/02/hash-browns-investigation.html.

Yep, hashbrowns should be made with "Shredded" potatoes!
I usually keep a bag of frozen in freezer for "last minute" and go with "real" when I have the time and inclination.

Some fresh imported shrimp (from Louisiana) boiled with Zaterain’s Pro Boil and served in a martini glass with Ina Garten’s cocktail sauce.  Followed by a meal of grilled shrimp, char grilled oysters, clams casino, and a baked sweet potato and you have a dandy Thanksgiving meal.  More photos at: http://bigdudesramblings.blogspot.com/2012/11/thanksgiving-2012-at-almost-heaven-south.html
