This sounds very good and I like the herby look to it.
Grilling is the easiest way to cook. There is no mess to clean in a pan, no worries with cooking in grease or fat and then it's still is flavorful and tender. Here is a quick marinade to make sure you have the finest grilling...

After a Valentines Day meal of beef filet topped with Hollandaise Sauce, steamed asparagus and King Crab meat, we combined the leftover sauce and cab and used it for breakfast the next morning, consisting of a toasted English muffin topped with over easy-eggs, reheated asparagus and the crab mixture - outstanding.

Salmon cakes for dinner using Ina Garten's recipe then leftovers for breakfast.  Salmon cake was covered with cheese slice and nuked to reheat, then placed on a toasted English muffin and topped with a poached egg.  Outstanding way to start the day.

Buckwheat Cakes - A healthy alternative to grain pancakes and gluten free.

At night – Dissolve a pkg of yeast, in a 1/2 cup warm water, add 1 cup buckwheat flour. Let stand overnight.  Next morning – add 1/2 cup buttermilk, about 1/2 cup buckwheat flour, (enough for desired thickness, more if feeding several people) 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Let stand about ten minutes (until batter begins to work). Best fried in bacon grease, but whatever shortening will do on a hot griddle.
Leave about a cup of the batter for the next day’s starter. Cover and put in refrigerator if not using next day. Repeat soda, salt, buttermilk and flour the next time.

Looks good Bill.  Nice to hear from you - it's been awhile.
We love Kielbasa, the all beef style...it is so handy to have in the refrigerator for so many meals. This is my favorite quick one pot meals and I don't even have a recipe...just add what I happen to have in my pantry.   ...
