Car buying is always a chore, however Franklin Kia with it's new ownership has proven to be the "BEST" car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I stepped onto the lot I was greeted professionally, the sales person listened to my needs and I was shown the perfect vehicle that fit both my budget and needs. My sales person and their managers worked extremely hard to make the vehicle fit into my budget and the final figures were explained to me in detail. Before I took my new car home, the sales person made sure I understood how to properly operate my new vehicle. I drove off in a new 2016 Kia Sorento and I will definitely be referring everyone I know to Franklin Kia. They really do "Keep it awesome". Thank you Franklin Kia!

I recently purchased a Kia Rio at this location with Ross and was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service my husband and I reviewed. Ross took his time helping us find exactly what we wanted and needed and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. The car is amazing but the service really sold it all! I definitely recommend visiting this location, you won't be let down!

Had our air conditioning compressor fixed here a few months ago, and they were reasonably priced and finished timely. Towed our car there when it stopped running, and were overcharged for the repair. If you are in a bind I definitely would not go here. I also would not recommend buying a Kia our Sedona has been nothing but a money pit with the amount of repairs it has needed. The mechanic kept stressing that our van has a 100,000 miles on it like it was a terrible thing. It is 9 years old. I recommend buying a car/van from another company that can handle over 100,000 miles.

I went to Franklin KIA to see about purchasing a new vehicle, which I thought was impossible and a waste of time...but everyone was so friendly, and my sales guy Shawn was very nice and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made things happen. That day i drove off the lot in my 2015 kia soul, which i LOVE! They offer great deals and work with your budget! If you are in the market to purchase a new car, make sure you go to Franklin KIA and ask for Shawn! He'll make things happen for ya!!

Had a good buying experience. Less than a year later, I was given a company car so had to sell my 2015 Kia Optima (bought August 2014). With a list price of 29K, they offered me $16,000...a 44% loss in value in less than one year. I was floored and left. I emailed Mr. Bostick and then James Galuszka (twice) with no response. Frustrating is an understatement. They care more about you when you're buying a car than when you are selling a car. The problem for them is I will likely buy another car next year, but I can guarantee I will NOT buy a Kia. I will tell as many people that will listen the same.

We drove from Knoxville, TN to purchase this vehicle. It was very important to us, to have a deal in place before driving out there. We knew what we wanted to pay, and discussed that with our salesperson Araz. Our deal was accepted and we were set. Araz was extremely nice and very easy to work with. If we have to purchase another vehicle, we will not think twice about checking the inventory at Franklin Kia before checking any where else.

I was in a really tough spot making a decision to buy a car and Shawn Carter went above and beyond to help me in obtaining a vehicle he was helpful informational and overall very professional to say the least! One of the nicest car sales men that I've ever come across the atmosphere was friendly and I am so thankful that he was able to help me!! I'm giving Shawn Carter a 10 * review because I feel that five just doesn't justify how amazing he made my experience! If you're in the market for a new vehicle call Franklin Kia and ask for Shawn Carter and he will do whatever it takes to help you out, I swear you won't be disappointed when you're riding off in your new car!!! 😉
