What started out as a positive experience with Franklin Kia quickly went south and turned into a negative experience because they simply do not communicate with each other. My husband and I made an appointment to see a specific car (2015 Kia Rio) and when we got there they "could't find it" and showed us a 2009 Kia Rio. We wanted to see a 2015 Kia Rio because we found a good price online through Hertz and wanted to see Franklin Kia could beat that price. They said they could so we stayed. But since they could't find the 2015 Kia Rio they put us in a 2016 Kia Forte. We test drove it and told them that we were only interested in paying less than the deal we had found online through Hertz and they said they would work with us. After two hours the manager came out with a deal that was $6,000 over what we were looking to spend and $2,000 over the posted price of the car. We told him this was ridiculous and he went to the back office. He came back 30 minutes later and told us that he could not help us. We wasted two and half hours here hanging out with some pretty incompetent people. I will never bother with a Kia dealership again.

If you want your oil changed, DO NOT GO TO KIA!! I don't care how many stupid coupons they send you, it's not worth it! Why? My oil change there last week, took two and a half hours!! Absolutely ridiculous! I arrived at 8:40 and left at 11:10! KIA spends ALL their money, on stupid commercials, and idiots with synchronized voices. They need to hire more technicians. They want you to buy a new car, but don't really care about you, once you've purchased it. Don't bother with them telling you, to make an appt. The guy sitting next to me, had an appt. for 10:00 AM. He was told, it would be an hour. At 11:10AM his car had barely moved up the line. Upon paying, I said, "Never again"!!! I've been to Valvoline in Bellevue many times. Hell, you don't even get out of your car! Takes about 12 minutes, and they also go through a check list! My opinion is avoid KIA for oil changes!

If you want to casually collect data on cars without being harassed, this location is not for you. Lot employees are lurking in the outside steps like vultures. I respectfully asked for some distance so that my wife and I can discuss the lot offerings and was denied. Instead the salesman hid behind cars behind us and followed us all over the lot. When we paused at a car he would pop out of no where with a comment. After two more pleas for privacy we walked off. Manager unapologetic. As a long time Kia customer, I will drive out of my way to never interact with these people again.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this location. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even if you have poor credit, they'll help get you into any car. If you go, ask to see Rez. He was great and makes your satisfaction his priority. Definitely recommend

Our credit wasn't the best but Travis at franklin kia worked with us!! He spent his whole day working on getting us approved! He did not even eat lunch!! That's what I call dedication and customer service!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!! We paid no money down and he got us $6000 for our 2004 jeep that we traded in. If it had not of been for Travis, we would have been stuck using a buy here pay here!! He's an amazing salesman and wonderful person with a great personality!! Thank you Travis Fiveash and Franklin Kia!! We love our 2016 kia forte!!

went in to try and buy a good used car - a step up from what I have. the sales vultures were very aggressive and all over me until I firmly told them I did not want to spend more than 12K. When I stated that 2 different sales people in the general area simultaneously ducked their heads and laughed loud enough for all to hear and I was told they really dont like dealing in such "low value sales". Maybe its me but I feel 12K is a good chunk of change and that a dealership would be happy to find me something in that price range............its not like its a Ferrari dealership. I take it that they only want to make $20,000 + sales so they can afford to keep on making those God awful commercials using that orange bearded freak.

I would never deal with people who put such stupid commercials on TV . I vomit a little bit in my throat and quickly change the channel when one comes on. They must think the public is as dumb as they are. If you want a good laugh read the other REVIEWS about how they treat their CUSTOMERS!! LOL!!

A big shout out to Franklin Kia, Brian the manager, Travis the Internet manager, and Andre in the finance dept, WONDERFUL. If all auto dealers had three of these men working for them people would always come back. They are fantastic to deal with and I cannot say enough great things about them. Thank you for your service.
