This is one of the busiest spots in Westlake. With the blend of brewery, bar, and sports, they seem to have something for everyone... And everyone seems to come at the same time to get it! Make sure you come here on off hours to get seated quickly. Try the Nutty Brunette. Happy hour has some great deals as does the BJ's app for your phone. The rewards system is paltry, at best, but the coupons are very good.

I used to work at a restaurant so I fully understand how it works. This is the worse experience ever. I'm not sure if the bartender didn't like my server or if she was too busy talking or fixing the younger (male) servers shirt buttons but my regular margarita, even with an extra shot of tequila, tasted like pure sweet and sour. It even took her 17 minutes to make. It was dead slow, I'd be a little more understanding if it were busy. Also the servers and host(ess) need to take their flirting and touching each other to the kitchen and not where all customers canNOT see.

I love there deep dish pizza and there service was decent. I was just a little bit irritated that I had to wait 15 min to be seated when they were fully staffed and had plenty of open seats.

BJ's has amazing deep dish pizza. There are plenty of flavors to choose from. The beers they brew are excellent as is their root beer. Try one of the beer samplers. The pazooki is a must for dessert -- an enormous cookie cooked in a pizza dish. Service can be a bit slow when they are busy and there is usually a wait.

Above average place. Good appetizers , and less pricey during happy hour. Some dishes are too oily. Staff and service is above average.

It's one of those last resort places in my opinion. The low rating is due more because of the chain than the staff, although the last time I was there our server seemed to have troubles despite the fact it was slow. If nothing else is open it's a good spot to go, but there are other destinations close by I would think of first.

One of my favorite restaurants. Great food, good service, and their loyalty program is pretty stellar. I get coupons a lot through it. Can't beat their pizza!

As a person who works here, I can say that the service is a little poor but the deep dish pizzas, our beer, and our pizookies make up for the flaws.
