Went to look @ a car found through AutoTrader and given its features wanted to test drive it. A person working with a very thick accent rudely told me that they don't do test drives unless I am ready to buy it right now .... horrible customer service. Tried 30 minutes calling to speak to a manager, same guy told me he is going to sue me and he "knows who I am" ... True story

Great customer service, took 5 minutes to replace a battery. Personable staff and pretty cool looking old school time pieces on the wall.

This is what a car purchase experience should look like. I worked with Seth throughout the entire process and he has been exceptional answering all the questions. Pre-During-Post sales cycle was easy and I feel that I received fair value for my trade in and exceptional price on my dream vehicle. Team at Texas Cars Direct went above and beyond post sale to accommodate me when it came to servicing my car while I was on vacation. Highly recommend them and would definitely consider buying my next car from them.

A battery in my X5 was losing its charge causing sensors to turn on and off. After I took it in Howard and Co. checked out my electrical system (180 @ dealer) and confirmed that I needed a battery (a lot cheaper than a dealer). They also did a one over my ride and pointed out potential problems that I should look out for. I was in and out in less than one hour ... Thank you and will bring all my cars over there going forward!!!

What a disappointing experience ... We wanted to buy 2 cars after the hail storm... When we walked in to the new car showroom to look at pre-owned BMW's no one would even talk to us or make eye contact. We had to ask to for Used BMW showroom. When we walked in the Used office there was a pompous Gentlemen asked us what he can help us with. After explaining 2 times, he still got it wrong. While we were sitting at his desk (full of awards) he proceeded to take a call from another customer and pretty much belittled our requirement for 1 car. I did not even bother talking to him about a second one in a 40K range. Thanks ... you just lost 2 customers.
