Each 90 minute class walks you through the various steps that include, Bio-energy techniques, Postures, Breathing techniques, Concentration, Meditation and Deep Relaxation.
 
These classes are structured for every level, individuals who have never exercised can start easy and experienced students will appreciate comprehensive Yoga practice the way Yoga is intended to be!    
 
Breathing, bioenergy, body and mind exercises used are  truly effective tools to improve and maintain physical and mental health.
 
By practicing the Asanas (postures) correctly and regularly, muscles gain flexibility, strengthen and tone more easily.
