Senior Digital Content Strategist, 2014 - present
I rigorously and thoughtfully create simple, intuitive, customer-facing content experiences for a range of users across smartphone, tablet, and desktop. My work embraces user-centered design principles, user testing, personas, and user stories to inform content strategy.
In my role I collaborate with interaction and visual designers, developers, product managers, and business analysts. Our design teams adhere to WCAG 2.0 accessibility principles and standards.
I also develop, enhance, and maintain editorial standards and guidelines. In addition to designing content, I'm working to improve, streamline, and simplify our project documentation processes and outputs.
Over the course of a product launch, I participate in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, and address ambiguities and defects.
I also advocate and evangelize for our Customer Experience practice by developing presentations and annual reports.
And I co-authored the Wells Fargo digital brand principles in collaboration with our visual design and enterprise brand teams.
