3 Simple Steps That Guarantee Video Marketing ROI

If you are considering creating a video that needs to generate tangible business results, a TV production company or wedding videographer is not qualified to drive results.

I know that sounds like crazy talk. But a guy who films TV commercials is not equipped to advise your business on the strategic tactics and technology needed to be successful in the digital space. Candidly, they are dinosaurs from another medium.

To help you design online video campaigns that speed up your sales process (permanently), I created a free video mini-course. To learn my secrets, just go to

Click here to run your website through Google's Mobile Friendly Testing Tool.

Hey it's Todd Hartley from WireBuzz.

Did you know if your website isn’t mobile optimized within the next few months, then Google is going to downgrade your site in their search results?

In this episode, I’ll show you how to know if Google thinks your site is mobile-friendly and what website improvements Google wants you to make.

Most of you know me as the “Video Guy." But I’m really a digital marketer that creates strategic business videos that get powerful results.

This week at Search Marketing Summit the news broke that Google will be updating their mobile-friendly algorithm and it will go live in the coming months.

If you don’t mobily optimize your website now, when mobilegeddon comes, you could lose a lot of Google love, see a decrease in the traffic coming to your business and decreased revenue. Recognizing where developing customer trends were headed, back in 2013 I was tipping you off that eventually the day would come when Google insisted everyone optimize their web properties for the growing mobile audience.

In a moment, I’ll show you how to easily test the mobile friendliness of your website. But first, for all the Google-haters who think this is an unnecessary action, you’re missing the big picture. Google is interested in rewarding mobile friendly websites because since 2015, mobile searches have surpassed desktop searches. And if most of us are surfing on our mobile devices, Google needs to make sure they’re displaying search results of sites that load properly for visitors on 3G & 4G devices.

Make sense?

Google's new mobile-friendly testing tool makes it easier for business owners to understand and fix their website based on three categories:

Here’s what Google’s new tool looks like when I test my website…

When completed, I get some basic pass/fail results. But behind the scenes, a minute or two later Google did something really helpful. They emailed me a much more comprehensive analysis of my website’s problem areas plus info about where I can improve my site’s results. You should also know that mobile users don’t read on their devices. The screens are too small and we’re all going friggin blind. That’s one of the reasons why when given a choice, people are 4x more likely to watch a video than read text.

If you want to do a better job convincing and converting new customers, start creating videos that answer the problems your prospects are dealing with. So, share this video with everyone you root for so they can be prepared for Google’s mobile-friendly algorithm charges that are coming soon to a website near you.

And if you would like to continue on with this conversation, post your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I love #business #marketing logos, but this iconic #MLB logo is one dot from a chicken. Am I wrong? #baseball's logo is a chicken. Right?

Be Sensitive!
I heckled my "cord-cutter" friends, instead of being curious about a major television market shift that was taking place.

Business Insight: If you want to generate significant ROI from changing consumer demands, you really need to be sensitive.
