This is a beautiful animation and a very gentle way to help our little ones understand about Remembrance Day.

My 73 year old Uncle has gone missing while on holiday in Chania, Crete. He is a keen and prepared walker who failed to return for his flight home to Denbigh, North Wales, UK. His family are en route to Crete to assist the Greek Authorites and Mountain Rescue with the search. They have asked that everyone share this picture via social media to help #FindArthur Please share this post as someone you know may have been on holiday in the region at the same time. They might have seen Arthur or heard him talking about his plans. Vital information to help the search has already been gained by this campaign so please help #FindArthur Thank You!

The School Run

I'm glad it is not just me struggling with all the demands for money - they are certainly coming thick and fast and it is too much
Thank you for all your comments. I find it difficult to believe schools have such scant regard for these charity "donation" days now. It's not like it was 10 or so years ago. I wouldn't have blinked an eye personally back then but struggled to find this money myself. Again the thought of my kids being singled out made me pay the £2 each. Other parents responses today have also been along the same lines. The pressure is just too great on parents to conform. CIN is a great charity but donations should be by choice.
