The Love Locks | Frankfurt

Day 1/5 of #fivedaysbokehchallenge to which I was kindly invited by my dear friend +Fior de' Alba who brings love and light to the world through her photography and personality.
I'd like to invite my friend +Chon photography to take and continue the challenge for sharing some of her wonderful bokeh photos :). (I know Chon is a busy and awesome person so it is not obligatory to participate, but it is nice for some fun and leisure if you are ok with it.) :)
I dedicate this picture to my friends that have followed me as I really appreciate people enjoying my work and especially to +Fior de' Alba for inviting me to participate in this challenge.

The lovely Bokeh has been the first thing that wowed and attracted me to take up my first DSLR. I guess maybe all photographers share the same sentiments initially that it is so cool to be able to blur the background. Honestly it took me some time to grasp the concept of making it work. This photo here is taken with a wide-angle lens and not a particularly good selection of the type of lens that produces smooth creamy bokeh but the use here is to give a sense of place with just a good amount of separation.

Hopefully friends that I meet whether online or offline can last for a long time like these love locks here, rusted but still enduring the hold of dreams.

Throughout 2015 we’ll be rolling out videos, articles, docs, demos, talks, discussions, examples, and events dedicated to helping you fix your apps’ performance problems.

And what better way to kick it off than with the first wave of videos, starting with Rendering Performance 101

Oh, and don’t forget to join the Android Performance Patterns Google+ Community (which you can join here : for more great tips, tricks, and advice from other developers.

Throughout the year, keep your eyes on the G+ community, and +Android Developers as more content becomes available for your perusal.
