Agree the interesting feature at the front is... well it's really unusual and interesting! Nicely set off by the clouds which are beautifully composed and the sense of space that has been contextualised by the figures. Excellent exposure and colour.
This shot was taken yesterday evening. By the time I walked from the car to the beach, the sky went from a nice clear sunset with scattered clouds to clouds everywhere with rain in the background (thank you Irish weather!). I thought it was over for the day when this purple light appeared… It lasted only 2 minutes and this was the only shot I had time to take with this light.
watermarks are a necessary evil online. This one is pretty well designed to not get in the way overall. (I know some people who have different locations for watermarks they use on different images. I put mine in the lower right as well...)
Thanks for feedback +Michael Fillipponi+Landon Miller Yes, it's a big one. Even with 14mm lens, you really can't see everything. It actually look smaller than what it was due to the wide angle. On the right side of the crater path, you can glimpse someone walking, and then you really get the actual size of the crater.
