A very tasty breakfast at Two Tables Cafe this morning. Great little venue and a real passion for good food and catering well for vegans and vegetarians. Recommended. :-)

For Brisbanites we are happy to announce that we will be setting up a stall at the wonderful Northey Street Organic Markets on Sunday the 10th June. This will be our first time having a stall and if the response is good we might make this a regular monthly event. :-)

You can also pre-order products on our website at sasakani.com to pick up on the day.

Market runs 6am to 11am at Northey Street City Farm, Windsor, Brisbane.

Welcome to Sasakani Kobo's communities. Our main community group is open to all to join, and we will publish content to this open group, but time delayed. If you want to get the information earlier, we have a number of closed communities you can join by supporting us on Patreon for a small monthly membership. Your support allows us to expand our teaching and sharing of knowledge about Miso and related products.

The Sasakani Kobo Community is an open group for general chat and announcements.

Miso Club is a place for miso lovers to learn about miso and how to use it in your everyday cooking, plus learn how to make delicious miso at home. Your support on Patreon of just $2/month provides access to this group.

The Advanced Miso Makers group is for serious miso producers who want to refine their craft and get help and support. It includes access to our Miso Doctor service where we will attempt to solve problems you may encounter and provide advice. Access to this closed group is by invitation only.

The Sasakani Chefs Corner is specifically for chefs and restaurateurs to discuss using Miso, Koji and Amazake (and other interesting fermented foods!) in your menu. We can provide some suggestions to kick start your creativity. Access to this closed group is by invitation only.
