If you think you can’t enjoy your Thanksgiving anymore because you switched to a vegan or vegetarian diet, I’ve got you covered!

This is my family’s first year of vegan Thanksgiving. At first it made me nervous, but realizing how many amazing vegan Thanksgiving recipes are out there, I am really excited for this.

Of course, I will be testing some of these delicious plant based recipes ahead of time so that I can gather my favorite recipes for the big day. And, maybe I won’t be experiencing turkey coma this time around.
