The Federal Government's controversial $400 million plan to force telecommunications providers to store the metadata of all phone and internet users for two years will go ahead after the Labor party agreed to support the move.

Big rights holders like Foxtel and internet companies want to introduce a scheme that is meant to stop online piracy by sending consumers “education” notices. The scheme will funnel consumers into legal action - we're asking the Minister for Communications to step in and take responsibility for internet policy.

Lies and more damn lies! #onetermtony
TRUTH in politics certainly has suffered in recent years. Ahead of the 2010 election, Labor promised there wouldn’t be a carbon tax — and notwithstanding semantic debates as to what it delivered, trust in the government was broken as a consequence.

It doesn't mean 'tackle'... It means to bump chests together like some sort of ape (like those who play AFL where the term comes from) in order to make the other person lose his balance and fall over.
Prime Minister Tony Abbott threatens to use violent Australian football tackle with Vladimir Putin over downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17.

I know lots of people who are forced to front up twice a month to these organisations staffed by mostly people who only did a quick certificate course... In over 16 years I have never known anyone to actually get a job. Uni graduates are treated like scum by these ignorant useless organisations and the reality is they are way more qualified to be sitting on the other side of the desk.
AN INVESTIGATION has uncovered a massive taxpayer rip-off perpetrated not by “dole bludgers” sponging off the unemployment system — but instead by the agencies tasked with finding people jobs.

This is vandalism! #onetermtony
While we were all mesmerised by the tragic and horrific events unfolding in yesterdays siege at the Lindt cafe, Treasurer Joe Hockey and Finance Minister Mathias Cormann quietly slipped in to deliver the midyear budget update. It was also horrific, but in a different sense. Horrific in that 16,500 people will lose their jobs due…

Rust... the colour of Australia!

Launched today & available at http://goo.gl/B36NYb, our Australian partner FORM's exhibition 'Marlbatharndu Wanggagu: Once Upon a Time in the West' is a project that integrates storytelling and intangible cultural heritage with distinctive contemporary art.

The exhibition is the outcome of a collaboration with the IBN Aboriginal Corporation and Yinhawangka, Banyjima and Nyiyaparli people whose traditional lands are in the high country of North Western Australia; a region whose modern development was driven by the pastoral industry.
Take some time to hear these stories: http://goo.gl/B36NYb

This is pathetic!
Did you know it's illegal to show your nipples in 35 states in America? Even for breastfeeding women. Let me repeat that, breastfeeding in public is illegal in 35 US states. In Louisiana, a woman can be jailed for up to three years for exposing her nipples.
