--4.5 stars-- Food Quality: 4.5 stars Food Quantity: 5 stars Service: 5 stars Price: 3.5 stars Came here for Restaurant Week. LOTS of food (come hungry..). We got Alma Blanca and Margarita de Champagne for drinks, Empanadas and Ceviche for appetizers, Surf n Turf and Enchiladas Playa for entrees, and Tres Leches and "Impossible" Cake for dessert. My favorite things were the Alma Blanca, Surf n Turf, "Impossible" Cake, and Tres Leches, though everything else was great too. The Alma Blanca is a milky drink with some habanero spice on the rim; pretty interesting blend of creamy, sweet, and spicy. The Surf n Turf comes with huge grilled shrimp, cut of steak, and sides of rice, beans, guac; the steak was really fantastic. The "Impossible" Cake consists of flan layered with chocolate cake on top of caramel; tasted as amazing as it sounds. The Tres Leches is vanilla sponge cake soaked in milk; perfect balance of creamy and sweet.

Such an amazing experience! Great food and drink. All the guys that work here are so personable! Had a great time. Would come back again and again!

I have a favorite drink and a favorite place to get tequila with my meal. Our waiter was a knowledgeable, lively, and he knows his Tequila. I was hungry, on a date, and love Tequila. The food was great. I am going to recommend the guacamole for the table and making a reservation – it gets crowded on weekends. My final piece of advice is to come thirsty (and take a cab home).

Horrible service, bland over priced food. Walked out after appitizer to have dinner at another restaurant. Place was dark. So dark we needed to use flashlight on phone to read menu.

I have been going to this restaurant since 1996. I live in Florida and travel to Philadelphia frequently on business and for pleasure with my wife. After living in Tucson, AZ for 12 years, and being a lover of mexican food, I can safely say that this is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever seen. Don't expect Tacos and Enchiladas only. They have samples from all the regions of Mexico on the menu.

Margaritas were good. Service was good, but they were a little too anxious to clean up the table and get us out of there well before we were done eating. I had the Tortilla soup. Very delicious and served hot and I had the pork dish served with refried beans and rice and plaintains. Tasty and plentiful. I would go there again, but wish they wouldn't have rushed us out.
