"When we called Gay in the morning, we were shocked that they were able to take us in the morning. We were having problems with our GMC Sierra, which seemed to be the brakes. We received a loaner vehicle as they weren't sure when the car would be ready. I thought that was super as I would have had problems not having my vehicle. Mark Neal handled our account/repair and was super! He was very informative and a great personality. Because of Mark and the great service we received, we would highly recommend Gay to others and would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle there if and when we need one."  -Stephen W.

Got home tonight with my new Sierra. Thank you Stephen Dommert for working hard to get me a good deal, and more importantly, get me what I really wanted. The whole dealership has much improved these past 7 years and it definitely shows. I can't forget John our service manager, who takes care of all my GM vehicles when I need to.

When we came in to the dealership, it was our 4th auto dealer in two days. We had been to look at the Honda Pilot, Toyota 4Runner and Ford Explorer. We were looking for an Acadia SLE-2 which had what we thought we wanted. Our salesman, Monte, explained a lot of the features of the Acadia. He didn't have what we were looking for on the lot but told us he could get one for us without a problem.

After going home and comparing all the information we received from all the dealers, it came down to the Acadia and the Ford Explorer. The clincher was the cargo bed in the Acadia was bigger than the Explorer and Monte said he could match the trade-in offered by Ford for my Toyota Highlander. When we went back to see Monte to actually drive the car now that we had pretty much decided to buy it, he let us know that with the rebate offered on the SLT, we could upgrade to that for not much more than the SLE-2 and he had one there on the lot that we liked.

Monte made buying a new car a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable about what options were available compared to what we were looking for and, I feel, put us together with the perfect vehicle.

We picked up the car 4 days ago and he has already been in touch to make sure we know that even though the sale was over, we could contact him with any questions that arise.

"I was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. I am working a lot and did not have the time to sit, and draw out a long day of negotiating. I made a simple request of Byron Schirmbeck to figure up what the deal I had in mind for a lease would look like so I could make my mind up if it was something I could do. I called 3 other dealers with the same request, they all wanted credit checks, applications just to tell me numbers. Byron understood my circumstance and came through with flying colors in just about an hour, the others called a day later. The deal was perfect, Byron was great to deal with, knew the vehicle details from front to back, and had me in and out with my new truck in 2.5 hours AWESOME. I have bought over 20 vehicles in my life between my wife and myself and this was the best experience ever. The truck is so nice to drive." -Nicholas M.

I purchased a 2015 Buick Enclave AWD. I had an awesome experience. Stephen was extremely helpful and accommodating with understanding my interests and explaining all features about the vehicles and brand. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, the brand and the services. I am very happy with my purchase. I purchased a 2014 GMC Terrain. It's fantastic. The car drives great, and it's quite comfortable inside. The service was outstanding. Our rep, Monte Campbell, was very knowledgeable. The Day did not start off good on the USED Car side, had a verbal altercation with the sales person after stating I was pre-approved and they are a direct dealer for AFCU, but he wanted me to fill out an Ally Credit App. He was frankly a cocky prick the whole experience. So point is avoid Marcus like the plague. On top of his attitude, every single Gay employee in Used Cars, sat there and watched while this was going on. On my way out of the dealership, I stopped at New Sales to speak to General Sales Manager Benjamin Scholes and let him know about his sub par sales person performance. He stopped what he was doing, listened and immediately corrected the situation, phoned me back (I had already left) to WIN my business back. (I was a returning customer '14 Kia Sorrento). I deeply appreciated the extra time and care that was given to me by Benjamin and Nino Bonsignore. Took me awhile to calm down, but in the end got a great truck at a great price all because of Benjamin and Nino. Thanks to those two gentlemen Gay made the sale. Based on their (Nino & Ben) performance the rating would be a 5, but due to the jackrabbit in Used, it is a 4 overall.

I've bought a couple of vehicles through Gay Family Auto New and Used. I've always had an amazing experience every time. They always treat you with the up most respect and truly care about buying something that fits your needs. Service will be a breeze as always when it comes time for my first oil change. My experience so far with this dealer has been horrific. Our sales person Kevin was the only positive thing we have experienced at this dealership. We were referred to Gay from a family friend. A week after we bought our truck the sensors started going off. We had to drop it off for service where we not provided a rental while they fixed it. Then our OnStar and satellite radio were never set up as we were told and we then had to take it back twice to have it fixed and on a day that was convenient for them because apparently only one person there knows how to fix it. Now about a year after purchase the back end is making horrible noises and we have now had to take it in twice were my husband was told they did not have time that day to look at it the day of our appointment which was at 7:30 am and that we were told we would have to come back in a week and leave it there (again without a rental). Being that I work in the medical field (and am pregnant) and my husband is a firefighter we cannot afford to both be off at the same time to come in when it is convenient for them. I am completely appalled by their service and the only reason I am even giving it one star is because of the service Kevin provided us when we purchased the truck. I am going to be in the market for a vehicle for myself next year and have been looking at both GMC's and Buick's and I will make sure to use a different dealer and not return to this one. I would like to purchase a vehicle I that works from the start and when it does need service that I can actually receive service on without having to come back 2-3 times with an appointment.

Just as I was leaving "All Pro Dads" Breakfast at my daughters' elementary school, I backed out my parking spot and suddenly the reverse gear went out on my 2009 Buick Enclave. It turns out that R35 wave plate broke (no reverse, 3rd, 5th gears). After 5 1/2 years, and only 67K miles, my Enclave's transmission went out. I looked online and saw that this was a common problem with the '08-'09 Buick Enclave/Chevy Traverse/GMC Acadia/Saturn Outlook. I also saw that GMC had never issued a recall. A new transmission was going to cost $4K, which I didn't have. My service advisor worked with GM to get me customer assistance to pay for most of the repair costs. The whole process took about 12 days for me to get my vehicle fixed (which at the time seemed a bit long), but it was definitely better than not receiving any financial assistance at all. I would have preferred 100% coverage to fix a known issue, but so far after one week of driving, I am happy so far with my service and car's performance.
