enclave owners wont see anything in the rear view camera except the service area since they're always busted. lol.

Richard and Ben did an excellent job with my new truck purchase. I was trading in 2 vehicles to reduce a car payment. The transaction and dealings with the entire Gay Family were great. Great service, thank you Our 2011 Acadia - Water Pump had to be replaced- under warranty. ..A/C control replaced- Was offered a vehicle loaner-nice John - great service rep. And kept us informed..

I've taken my GMC Acadia here before multiple times, there must be new management or something has changed since they remodeled. Maybe they are in debt now because they are ripping folks off. I took a check engine light in and was charged $1200. This was fine, I figured a dealership, they will take care of me, but at a cost. Well, two days later when the light came BACK on I took it back and they wanted to charge me ANOTHER $1000 for a problem they should have seen when I first took it in. I didn't go for it and took my car to a simple repair shop for estimate. Not only was the estimate $300 less for the same work, but that repair shop pointed out to me that the DEALER had repaired my engine - a hose part with a RUBBER BAND! Literally, I saw a rubber band holding things together under the hood! Disgusted with them... blowing over $1000 and you leave with a rubber band under your hood?!? Seriously - Buyer Beware! March 2014

I was so worried about taking my car to a "dealership". These folks are fast and honest. The problem was a wheel bearing and they said it needs to get a little worse to determine which wheel so it can be replaced. I was floored at their honesty and professionalism. I had a transmission flush and a patched tire and it was priced very reasonably. The service representative explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. I will definatley use this dealership again and I would highly recommend, especially to people like me who are not mechanically inclined!!

I was at another dealer, disappointed the Silverado they told me was on their lot, was NOT! I called Gay Buick GMC to talk about the 2010 Silverado Crew Cab, Texas Edition they confirmed they had. Cory Lambeth and Mgr John Speights negotiated a great "drive-away" price in real time and I set off to see if it was real. It was even better than I'd hoped, it was all ready to go, and they did not tack anything onto the agreed price. Then, they got me zero percent financing, gave me new mats and a full tank of gas, and I drove it home! How great was that!

Just as I was leaving "All Pro Dads" Breakfast at my daughters' elementary school, I backed out my parking spot and suddenly the reverse gear went out on my 2009 Buick Enclave. It turns out that R35 wave plate broke (no reverse, 3rd, 5th gears). After 5 1/2 years, and only 67K miles, my Enclave's transmission went out. I looked online and saw that this was a common problem with the '08-'09 Buick Enclave/Chevy Traverse/GMC Acadia/Saturn Outlook. I also saw that GMC had never issued a recall. A new transmission was going to cost $4K, which I didn't have. My service advisor worked with GM to get me customer assistance to pay for most of the repair costs. The whole process took about 12 days for me to get my vehicle fixed (which at the time seemed a bit long), but it was definitely better than not receiving any financial assistance at all. I would have preferred 100% coverage to fix a known issue, but so far after one week of driving, I am happy so far with my service and car's performance.

My brother purchased a truck from you guys a few months ago and when my wife and I were looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain he recommended we give your dealership a visit. Billy Paultz was our salesman and was GREAT to work with. He was very polite and in the end was able to reach a deal that worked for the both us and the dealership, although we ALMOST had to bring Olajuwon into the picture... :) My brother and I have recommended our parents to visit your dealership in the near future when they begin looking for a new truck! I went to the body shop office to get an estimate on replacing my side-view mirror. The lady was very helpful and said she could do the job immediately since the parts were in stock and would only take a few minutes while I waited.I had other errands but decided on doing it and it only took a short time. The lady kept me informed on the progress and immediately checked me out. I was stunned !I hope she and the department are given kudos for the "excellent" customer serice!!!
