HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION THIS ONE USED TO BE MY FAVORITE! I placed a to-go order at the Cumberland location in Georgia Sunday evening which was a disaster. I was very clear about what I wanted which was a Penne Franco and a Caesar salad. I am aware that this item is not advertised on the menu any longer however, I have been able to continue to order it with no problems...until this evening. When I arrived to pick up my food I remitted payment and waited in my car until my order was ready. When the young lady brought my food and I checked was completely wrong. For starters I ordered a Caesar salad and there was soup instead...there was broccoli and chicken in my "Penne Franco" and I specifically asked for no meat. I brought all of this to the attention of the curbside server and she had the manager come speak with me. I was surprised to find out that the manager is the one who took my order! When he came to resolve the issue he was not very personable nor apologetic but instead was extremely defensive and rude. He stated nonchalantly that "we don't serve that anymore", "this is what we have" and continued to make it very clear that he was not interested in admitting he made a mistake nor making it right. While placing my order I was never told that they could no longer prepare the item nor was I given any suggestions for a similar item that I may enjoy instead. I am very disappointed in the service that was provided to me this evening and will probably not return after such a horrible experience. I use to work at Carrabba's in Huntsville, Alabama while earning my Bachelor's degree and I have never treated a guest in the way that I was treated yesterday evening neither have a seen a manager treat a guest in such horrible taste. Everything around the Cumberland mall area is growing and improving its unfortunate to see that Carrabba's is doing the opposite .

3.7 review? You've got to me kidding me. First thing: it smells like straight stank cheese in here. Plus the food sucks. DON'T, I repeat, DON'T get the Chicken Toesala - I mean Marsala. Tastes like someone stuck their big toe in it.

This place always has great food! The Amore' Monday deals were among my favorite times to go there. I have not had a dish which I have been disappointed by. The Mediterranean salad is my favorite salad. The drinks are usually good. Oh! and their calamari is the absolute best! They also make a Caipirinha which is really good. There is never a wait when we go. The servers are all awesome! I really enjoy going here. Think I may go to tomorrow now that I mention it...;)

Don't go to Carrabba's to have a drink. I had the worse experience mother's day at this restaurant. There was 3 kids sitting at the bar up and down the whole time. It was a family of 8 that didn't want to wait so they all sat down at the bar including a 4 year old a 9 year old and one more. I couldn't enjoy my drinks and when I complained the Manager could have cared less. He stated these kids could sit at a bar serving alcohol beverages. Where is State Law when you need it.

Very friendly wait staff and the food always tastes fresh. I like that you have the choice to get something new on the menu or go with a traditional Italian dish like fettuccine Alfredo. The music in the bathroom gives you something to dance to while handling your business. They also have some of the best bread with olive oil I've ever had.

I've honestly never believed that Carrabba's was an authentic Italian restaurant…but I don't care! Where can I start??! I love the Chicken marsala, Chicken Brian, Sirloin Marsala, the minestrone soup, and especially the bread, olive oil & basaltic vinegar!!!! I'm getting hungry just by typing about it! Only thing I am absolutely hating right now is that they got rid of the crab cakes, which here soooo tasty!!!! I can honestly vouch for this location. Any other locales may disappoint as other reviews indicate…..

They went above and beyond in providing a gluten free, wonderfully flavored, beautifully presented meal. Sean, the manager, made sure everything was prepared as needed and Beth, the waitress, did a wonderful job of serving our party of 6 while handling several other customers at the same time. If it weren't a two hour drive, this would be our favorite/go to restaurant.

I usually go to this place every few months because food is always top notch. This is not your typical "Italian" yes it is a chain but the offerings have a fun twist, tried the new shrimp appetizer.. wow huge as well, so many offerings, great drinks..I ordered something that they were out, yet the manager came over and apologized and asked for us to wait and it would be fixed.. great service. Can not wait to go back... cruisinbob on your side.
