We've updated our student planners.  This one is designed for kids as young as 1st grade.  99 cents.
One of our favorite features of these student planners is that we include a checklist of skills and knowledge that your kids should develop for each grade. The checklist includes stories to read together, chores your kids should be capable of, math concepts they should have learned, manners you need to work on mastering, physical skills, and more for nearly every side of your child's development.

Chocolate fudge cupcakes . . . possibly even worth turning the oven on for.
Mmmm . . . chocolate is my weakness . . . nah, chocolate is my strength.  I’m really, really good at it.  These Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes are no exception.  The centers of the cupcakes are a soft, but firm fudge.  The fudge topping is so much more decadent and rich than any frosting.  And the cake itself is moist and delicious.  It’s a trifecta of awesomeness. Also, I don’t do finicky, difficult, or complicated.  I bake only for the results, not b...

More about the ocean!  Here we explain the features of the sea floor and provide a free printable ocean floor map, trenches and mountain ranges included free of charge.
The ocean floor is covered with mountains, valleys, plains, and other features similar to the land surfaces of earth. The ocean's features, like land features, are a result of tectonic processes from deep inside the earth.

One feature we love of this printable mom's planner is that on the weekly calendar pages the menu and grocery list are on opposite outside margins of the page. Make up your menu, write your ingredients on the grocery list, then cut off your grocery list to take with you to the store.

Introduction

Layers of Learning is a four year rotation program you can use with all of your children at once, 1st through 12th.  It was written by homeschool moms for homeschoolers.  It’s organized and packed with information, crafts, printables, games, web links, and book lists.

Layers of Learning includes the subjects of history, geography, science, and the arts.  Once you complete all four years you start over with the program and work through the units again, with an older, more capable student.  So it’s cost effective too.  Buy one program for four subjects for all of your kids clear through graduation.
