Internal structures can be even more important than your external strategy when you're building an organizational social media function. In this book, I've tried to walk through those essential internal elements to success, as well as offering guidance on how businesses can work with bloggers, how to manage successful social media programs without a New York Yankees budget, and how to handle crises online. If you've bought it already, I'm grateful and I thank you. If you're interested in buying... they're shipping now!
