Warm up at 125 pounds front squats. The set consisted of one set of 8 at 125 pounds, then four sets of 8 at 130 pounds; a one second hold at the bottom. Then on to walking lunges with an 85 pound barbell followed by leg extensions at 110 pounds.

Dinner at The Table in Willow Glen, California. Albacore with peppers and pineapple ; broccolini with guanciale, egg and Parmesan; grilled Tolenas quail; lentil soup; and Brentwood corn Alfredo

Fridays, I train at Golds gym in Campbell, California first thing in the morning, then off to work for half a day and then training with Roy at BodyComp Gym in San Jose. One of my favorite things to do is to walk into the backyard and sit in the sun with my whey protein shake and just relax afterward. I am lucky to live in California where we have so much sunshine year round!

Love the big, warm pants with lots of pockets! After I'm done at the gym I can stash everything in the sides! Better Bodies sweats.

But when training at Gold"s Gym, no sweats!
