A fascinating short read by +The Abrams Law Firm LLC that brings from their hands-on knowledge the aspects that can make all the difference between an already bad situation and keeping it from becoming a long and extenuating nightmare.
As for me, I know that in my first separation I was not thinking as a family law attorney; I was thinking as a father, a husband...a man!!! I quickly learned who my friends were and what anger could do to your body and to your inner-self as well.
Thank you again for making this information available to our group. All the best!!

+Lori Combs provides a great article about fractures and the science behind it. I found this information quite helpful for the future case we will be seeing now that we are launching an injury and medical malpractice area to our firm. Thanks Lory for the great work.

Another great article from +Tina Willis Law - Orlando that depicts the repercussions that a client's actions may have on their own Florida Personal Injury case.
How Client Actions Affect Personal Injury Case Value

From My Blog

This is a timely subject for me this week.  But I was doing some jury verdict research and stumbled upon a case that I couldn't believe any personal injury attorney ever accepted, much less took to trial.  So a blog post was born.

Thanks very much for any shares!

A great article by +Eyitayo Ogunyemi and superbly commented on by +The Law Office of James E. Novak and +Stephan Futeral. I found the simplicity of the read of an area of the law I have personally never found to my liking (probably because of the complexities involved). Yes it is about Lagos, Nigeria, BUT, reading beyond that, it allows me to put into perspective how it fits in with tenancy laws in the US where I have my home and office as well as in Lima, Peru where i too have an office and advice clients on tenancy matters. Thank you again Eyitayo for the great post!
The Rights and Duties of Landlords Under the Lagos State Tenancy Law.
Introduction: The Lagos State Tenancy Law 2011 was introduced to regulate the relationship and in particular, the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords under Tenancy Agreements, and the process for the recovery of premises and other related purpos...

One of our lower appellate courts has removed noneconomic caps from non-death personal injury med mal cases.  This is definitely a step in the right direction for Florida medical malpractice victims.
