Ci ho pensato su ed ho deciso di dare Al Torcio le 5 stelle. Di solito non do 5 stelle facilmente, ma credo che non darle sarebbe un torto per l'impegno che il ristorante profonde nel menu e nei piatti. Quindi 5 stelle per questi motivi: la qualita', cortesia, il menu che cambia sempre (piu' volte all'anno, secondo le stagioni, non ci si annoia mai!) e la passione con cui i proprietari svolgono il loro lavoro sono rari da trovare. Andiamo Al Torcio da diversi anni almeno un paio di volte all'anno, anche con ospiti ed amici, e non siamo mai stati delusi. Il rapporto qualita' prezzo e' ottimo. Unica nota: la carta dei vini da perfezionare
