I recently shared a tip on how to stop showing your AdWords ads on mobile/tablet apps: http://goo.gl/4IOpjB. By not doing this some advertisers can burn their money while not seeing any results as described by +Brian de Haaff 

+Google Ads  needs to be more transparent and better communicate the availability of this option so that their clients can advertise more effectively.
