INCREDIBLY rude service by all service, you would think your reputation would be at Hand especially during One Spark, blatantly mentioned if you're a member of Yelp he does not want any of our business, I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life! I wouldn't recommend ANYONE eat here, yelp and non yelp members alike, I actually brought 2 additional Yelpers with me after my initial visit during ArtWalk where I received very acceptional service even through the hectic order distribution and all! Very disappointed in this establishment. 0/5 stars

Sometimes Hip Places meant for kids have those hipster-y stuck-up workers who do not have the ability to be polite or smile. NOT THIS PLACE. Honestly, I've never had an experience at any food place no matter how fancy the restaurant was. The employees here are some of the nicest people in Jacksonville. They're so friendly and personable. That makes it. The food being AMAZING is just a plus. I've never had anything I didn't like here and I've been here so many times I've tried everything at least once. Its also so cool that I can bring my vegan/vegetarian friends here and they make everyone happy. The atmosphere in there is the icing on the cake. I recommend it to everyone I know from out of town and it's the first place I suggest when trying to decide on where to eat.

Great spot for some late night vittles! Stopped by this place after it was recommended by my cousin. Mark, the co-owner, provided us with great service and the burger I had was great!! It was real beef, cooked right and the bread and all toppings were fresh. My friend had the Panko Crusted Chicken sandwich and it was good too (I got a taste). Would definitely recommended this place! Its a small spot, only seats about ten people, but don't let that stop you! Something on the menu for everyone.

About 4 years since we first discovered Chomp Chomp. It has yet to disappoint me. Every bite is an explosion of flavor. The new South Carolina BBQ pulled pork is AWESOME...and I don't even like mustard or tomatoes. Must try!

I walked in and Anthony greeted me with a smile as he does for everyone. He asked what i was having..... so i ordered the whole entire menu. It was my first time in there, and i had to leave my mark somehow! It has been a story ever since

WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant, hands down. I went with my coworker on break at work, I ordered the chicken satay and she ordered bahn mi. The food tasted good, but halfway thru my first skewer on chicken satay we realized it was still pretty pink in the middle, so my coworker goes in and says "maybe it's just me but the chicken looks slightly undercooked." The OWNER proceeds to tell her that it is just her and the chicken is fine. He repeatedly calls her kiddo although she is an adult in her mid twenties dressed as a professional. She politely asks him to please stop calling her kiddo and walks out with the undercooked food. The owner followed her out of the restaurant to where I was sitting outside and is YELLING at her. He promptly takes my food and hers which she had barely started eating and throws them both in the trash without saying a word and handed me $8. Our lunch had cost $18. I went in and politely asked him if he would refund all of the order since he threw away all the food. He called me a liar and said I ate all my food and he would not refund. I had about three bites. He then starts randomly yelling at me in the middle of a packed restaurant and tells me to get out that I am banned, which is insane since I was being extremely calm I just wanted my money back to leave. I walk out front and he saw I was complaining to the women at a table next to us, hands me eight more dollars and tells me once again that I'm banned for life. Thank god, I have never seen anyone act like this at a restaurant before, especially an OWNER!!! The place is run down and nasty looking anyway not even sure why I even decided to go there in the first place.
