Chris Ferguson is a consummate pro. He is the only person I will deal with at Scott Clark. I am not looking forward to the day when he gets a promotion since it's likely he'll be put behind a desk at that time. Also, notice I said "when" and not "if" because it's destined to happen.

Came to Freeman's to get a head unit installed and they were able to get me an appointment for installation within the hour. Upon replacing the factory head unit, Jason (one of Freeman's installers) noticed that some in-car speakers had blown as well. At that point, I was talked to like a fellow installer and a peer and Jason didn't feed me various sales pitches to up-sell me to the most expensive product. He, like the store manager Robert, insisted on the most functional product instead of the most expensive, which was refreshing. Came in expecting to spend $250, but ended up spending just under $600 due to the quality of product/install as well as just the overall feeling of the transaction. I was in the garage talking to the installer, getting feedback and reassurance during most of the installation process. You can't get that at Best Buy or any chain car stereo location. You will not be disappointed working with this company.
