I called Serra Nissan and made an apt for an oil change and tire rotation. When I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation an attendant walked up to the car and greeted me took my keys and pointed me to the waiting room. After 25 minutes (give or take a few) someone came to the waiting area and gave me a run down on my car. They suggested some things for me to think about getting done to my vehicle (breaks). I declined that service that day, they were not pushy and the man went as far as to give me a quote on the breaks. The wait time was at a minimum for my car, I was in and out.

I purchased my SUV from this place. The sales person was very nice and didn't pressure me at all but the service department is the worst. I had multiple issues with my vehicle and I took my vehicle to their service department multiple times and still continued to have the same problems. I was very upset because I kept having to pay a deductible each time for the same problems that apparently they didn't know how to fix. If you don't know how to fix it then just say that and let your customers go somewhere else for repairs but don't rip them off with your guessing repair service. They did however loan me a vehicle while they did useless repair service which was nice because not all service departments will give you a loaner vehicle. But I'm sure your customers would appreciate it more if you just tell them you don't know what the problem is in order to fix it so they I take their vehicle to someone who can figure it out and repair it correctly.....I know I would have appreciated that. Of course I never went back for service. You live and you learn.

My husband and I had been car shopping for months online. Serra Nissan was the first place we actually went to. We found the car we wanted on their website and the price was exactly what we were looking to spend. There was no hassle and our salesperson was extremely friendly. Since then I have continued to use them for all of my car maintenance and I am always in and out in a very timely manner and everyone is always so nice!

I only go to Serra Nissan to get my car (Nissan Sentra) serviced. I really like the service department because I can trust them to tell me exactly what's going on with my car and they do a great job. The people who work in the service department are very nice. On the other hand, I had a horrible experience when I was looking to buy a car. I did not purchase my Sentra from this location. I went somewhere else! After looking at cars and test driving a couple, I picked the one I wanted and they had a hard time getting the payments to where I needed them. So, when I decided not to purchase they gave me a really hard time and told me how I had wasted their time. Definitely not a good experience. Because of this, I'm still not planning on buying my next car from them. But the service department is great!

I recently went in to have my tires replaced in 9/2014. I really enjoyed the assistance and care that I received from the service department staff. I was told about discounts that were available for the purchase and also the services were expedited timely. The crew was very helpful and pleasant as always (better service this year, than last year). Plus I always enjoy the complimentatry Coffee!! Love the Nissan staff.

The courtesy of the Nissan Crew goes a long way. Immediately upon arriving I was greeted, by multiple employees. The after being thoroughly explained what problems were being fixed with my 2013 Altima, I was invited to the waiting area and offered a drink. That's something that I'm sure wasn't required. And after such a speedy visit, I was informed of any other discrepancies with my vehicle and suggestions. The concern from Serra Nissan was genuine, and very appreciated!
