Beautiful circus arts video at the highest level we've ever seen! Aerial juggling and trapeze with noggins protected by Portland's Nutcase Helmets. http://www.cnet.com.au/death-defying-circus-of-the-sky-339344037.htm

Advice to parents: If your kid juggles 5 balls, make sure they have a decent quality juggling ball set (not lightweight budget beanbags) before you drop $280 on juggling knives and torches. The weight difference between lightweight beanbags and torches is verging on dangerous.

My name is Matt Haverly and I love these guys. They bend absolutey over backwards for me every time I go down there. They will bring their own unis to the store to let me try riding something that may not be in stock at that time - just to help me compare and solidify a purchase. They have the most incredible selection of unique brands of unicycles that you may find at any store - that is why I drive from another state to go check things out there. I have bought 2 Kris Holm unicycles from them - KH20, and KH26, and have also bought a Nimbus 24 muni and Nimbus 29 road there, as well as numerous other Kris Holm accessories at various times. They will pull unis apart to let me try a combination of parts for a particular uni purchase. I have gained a lot of much needed insight from them at critical points in unicycling - and it has been very helpful for purchases. This place is like Costco for unicycles - lots of just the best stuff, and not a lot of flash. I appreciate that. They also know I have a young unicyclist daughter, and they load me up with free stuff for her every time I purchase stuff there - stickers, t-shirts, etc.. Her unicycle is all sticker-bombed from it now. I have now bought every size of uni made there but one - 36inch - because they happened to have one in a local store in my area. But I would not hesitate to go down there for the fun experience of getting another uni down there. Need more stores like this with people that care about the right stuff, which is always feeling like you walked away with just the right uni for you at a great price.

DO NOT order anything from this company!! Seriously. I ordered 2 sets of 3 juggling balls in JUNE. My credit card was charged in June. I did get a call, I think in the beginning of July, to tell me the balls had come in and they were getting ready to ship balls out. I asked them to ship one set to my daughter in Boulder, and another to me in Illinois. The man was very nice and said he could do that. Well, fast forward to August... My daughter received her juggling balls. Great! But where are mine? It's October 12th, and they are not responding to emails or calls. I just emailed them today to cancel my remaining order and credit my account. I don't even think it's legal to charge for something and not ship it in 31/2 months, is it? My son had a similar story, he finally found the juggling balls somewhere else, and canceled his order. What kind of business is this, anyway? I tried to post this with 0 stars, but it wouldn't publish.

I ordered from this company last year for Christmas gifts and did not have any problems with the items I received or the shipping time, and also before this for myself. I put through an order this year on December 4 for a Christmas gift for my cousin, got a confirmation email with my order number, but it stated that they would contact me by phone with shipping costs. I never got a phone call. I called twice and left voice messages, never got a return phone call back. I also sent them messages on their online chat, which was never on. I called again tonight, 2 WEEKS LATER and finally got a guy on the phone, who seemed like he wanted to help, but was not helpful at all. He told me that they go through the orders in the order that they get them and they JUST got to my order today. He said that the color we requested (blue) is not in stock, but they have a lot of other colors to choose from. I asked why, after 2 WEEKS, that they are just getting around to putting my order together TODAY and did not call me or email me to let me know that they were running behind or that my color was not in stock and he said that they were very busy and DID NOT HAVE THE TIME to. Then he tells me that I can get my order by this Friday for an EXTRA $5.10 "which is a great deal around this time of the year"...not only have I not received my order yet, they didn't even TRY to fulfill it until today AND they want to charge me EXTRA to get the order by Christmas, when it should have shipped A WEEK AGO. All of a sudden, a woman starts talking and I asked who she was (maybe a supervisor??) and she told me "that's not important" and asked if I wanted her to ship "whatever they had in stock" otherwise, she was just going to cancel my order. I told her I didn't even know what they had in stock to choose from and she said "you get what you get"...I said that's no way to speak to a customer. Here I am, CALMLY trying to find out how much longer my order is going to take, thinking that 2 weeks is MORE than enough time and she got such an attitude with me. I asked to speak with a manager and she said "well I'M the OWNER. I'm very busy and I don't have the time for your WHINING so tell me what you want or I'm going to cancel the order" REALLY?!?! I told her I needed to know what colors they have and her words back were "I'm just cancelling your order, I don't have time for this. Goodbye" and hung up! I will NEVER do business with this company again and do WHATEVER I can to make sure that other people know what a horrible experience this was!

This place is terrible. Poor customer service. No communication. I ordered well over a month ago and my order still has not shipped.

All juggling aside, Serious Juggling is the worst store I've ever stepped foot in. Employee's are flaky and owners are rude. The store front is cluttered with so many boxes that there is hardly room to walk in. It reminds me of my closet when I was 12. Stuffed with so many toys that, if opened, things could pour out onto the floor (street). It's been that way for years. They say "we just moved", "we're rearranging" or "we were just painting" any time someone should comment on it. Clean it up or close your store front and just do online orders. You guys aren't really all that great of a people person combo anyway. Ben and Yvette (whom I'm pretty sure were the owners gauging on how rude they were to me) run Serious Juggling. Ben is a little passive and sorrily whipped by his fiery battleaxe of a raging psycho wife with a Serious short fuse, Yvette. He might be able to juggle 8 balls, but he can't handle 1 box (ie Yvette). Don't make any jokes about how many boxes they have. Yvette almost had a hernia from the conniption she threw, yelling at me all the way out the door. Hilarious, now in hind site. I think the saddest part about all of this is the Zagat user who is clearly one of the owners (I'm guessing Yvette), posting all of the "excellent" reviews of themselves with little to no comments about the store. I am reporting these as conflicts of interest. Even the people who are serious jugglers and need a place like serious juggling in Portland, can't deny that their customer service is at best, wack. This business is completely worthy of a public boycott. My experience with them was as horrible as it was laughable. They should be pitied rather than scorned, especially Ben. Seriously Ben, you are a good guy. I could tell it in your eyes, words and patience. You have a humble soul that I can tell wants to help people, even through the reviews I've read, everyone says you're a good guy. It's your wife man. She's got a temper that neither she, nor you, can control. It is costing you business and as I am sure, sanity. Unless you are a masochist, of course, then it would all make sense. PS. Don't let Yvette respond to all of your online reviews. We can smell her scathingly sarcastic cynicism through the pixels on our screens.

Incredible knowledge and service. My kids and I got over 30 minutes of kendama demonstrations from both staff and customers. If you're looking for toysrus don't bother, this is where curious enthusiasts and pros meet. Thanks for a great experience!

Called ahead and spoke to a nice male employee who told us to stop by and pickup a Diabolo juggling set. Stopped by and Bee-otch in white T shirt told my wife to get lost: "Can't you see I'm blowing up a unicycle tire?" Unbelievable. My wife left in disgust then tears. Do not visit this business which will be out of business soon if white tshirt B*&^% has her way.
