Great article!  Creating buyer personas is perhaps one of the most important steps in creating a marketing plan for any business.  It give you an idea of who they are, what the are looking for and interested in and how to reach them.

I've got good feedback from this post I wrote. I believe buyer personas are essential in content marketing and cringe when others throw up content without them. What do you think?

Thanks, Brad. That's exactly how I feel when I'm writing, too. I am just amazed at how many throw out content and see if it sticks for them.
