I lived in these apartments(176) for 2 years they are really good. the management is really good , so friendly. Good maintenance of surroundings . Nice place for kids from 0-18 years. All amenities. One phone call is sufficient for maintenance people. maintenance people are also so good.So peaceful and crime free. Good schools.

This is Nice and pleasant place to live. I have been here for 1r 6months. I like this place a lot. It has very reasonable rent compare to others in san ramon. Maintenance is good. Can find lots of Asian people here. They are friendly. We can say as mini India. The Negative things are the swimming pool is not cleaned often, when the office is closed the maintanence guy charge $60 to unlock the house when we locked our house with keys inside it...The electricity bill raises a bit due to old appliances...

RENTERS BEWARE-I am hoping this review will educate every family who rents. We lived in Country brook condos for 4 1/2 years. This is my first ever review on anything. I am older so here it goes. We received a 60 day notice to vacate the 2 bedroom apt on July, 2, 2013 after living quietly as a family in this very large kid friendly complex since 6/6/2009. You may ask Why? Did you know that you can get evicted from your home after all those years because you have 1 child too many? REALLY-this is true!! It happened to us and it could happen to you. Country brook found out that there was 1 too many kids in the 2 bedroom unit. There were already 2 children going to school in San Ramon for the last 4 years --1 at Montevideo elementary and 1 at Iron horse middle school. Then the unthinkable happened. They had a baby over 2 years ago it was their 3rd child --a sweet girl. The countrybrook staff found out and told Arden brook (corporate headquarters) -That was it-the excuse to get rid of long time tenants and raise the already high rents again. I wrote them letters of appeal, many e-mails and calls--I tried everything so the older kids could stay in the apt , in their school district. They would not even consider it -not budge at all-they just did not care I even tried to meet with them. They would not do that, it is against their policy. No compassion, No caring that the kids had developed relationships with neighbors after 4 1/2 years of residency in this complex. We then received a formal letter from the Corporate Lawyer representing Contrybrook/Ardenbrook saying 60 day Notice of termination of Tenancy due to 1 kid too many. That was it we started packing and moved out on July 26,2013. This was extremely unfair, discriminatory, hostile, sneaky and unbelievable to most families that hear this story. Neighbors seeing us move out on July 26th were shocked and concerned about their living situation. We did reach out to SRV city offices and renter rights gov, ca consumer affairs, groups, a lawyer etc. Just was not worth the fight and annoyance, the anxiety and stress to stay were you are not wanted nor welcomed. Home is supposed to be a place of peace. If this review even helps inform one family of what could happen if you have 1 kid too many--kids are such a blessing, Just not to Country brook or Ardernbrook corp. We did also endure months of harassment before we finally moved out----all 3 kids are doing fine --living in San Ramon with mom and dad and Grandma and Grandpa. They will be attending the same schools. We love our grandchildren and really thought at our ages nothing could surprise us. Thought this could be helpful. Mimi
