INGREDIENTS:

1/2 tsp SpiceTopia Cumin
1/2 tsp SpiceTopia Chile Powder
1/4 tsp SpiceTopia Garlic Granules
1/4 tsp SpiceTopia Coriander seed Powder
1/4 cup enFuso Lime olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp SpiceTopia Sea Salt
6 ears fresh corn on the cob, shucked and rinsed

DIRECTIONS:

Soak corn in water. Preheat grill to high. Combine spices in small bowl. Toast in a hot skillet, shaking skillet or stirring constantly, until aromatic, about 30 seconds. Combine oil, juice, salt, and toasted spices in small bowl. Set aside.

Shake water off corn. Grill the corn, turning occasionally until kernels begin to blacken and pop. Remove corn to a platter and brush with chile mixture. Serve immediately!
