Busy at noon, noisy, had to park next door. A good sign busy. Spring rolls spot on. Crispy chicken over rice was crispy as advertised and rice was beautifully flavoured but a bit oily. Soup a bit too spicy but good. $25 for 3 for lunch, two meals and a side. Happy server.

Slow, overpriced and the small portions seemed to get smaller everytime I went. I'm done with this place.

I and my family have been there many times. Every dish we have tried has been excellent (though, of course, we prefer some more than others. The service has always been excellent. The only hiccup we experienced was when we all went to the restroom after receiving our drinks and a young woman bused our table before our food had even arrived. :-D

Worst customer service I have been given in a long time. Ordered a meal for myself and a side of rice as a pick up order they tell me it's going to be 25 minutes. So I wait 25 minutes and go to pick it and when I get there I'm told that it'll be another 5 minutes so I wait and I wait and I wait and as another 20 minutes go by I start to get upset. So I talk to the manager who barley speaks English and she puts a hand in my face and says it's still being worked on. Considering it was my lunch break and I just wasted the whole break waiting at their stupid restaurant. I finally broke down and requested that I just get my money back because I have to go back to work. Never going there again.

I have been eating at House of Noodle ever since we moved here September 2012. We fell in love with them and ate their food at least two to three times a month. Always fantastic and consistent, BUT now they are all over the place with how they prepare their dishes. Ever since it's become 2015 the food as changed. It's as if they have a different chef each time we order from there. I have had every single item from their fried noodle section and my husband use to like their specialty fried rice with shrimp because they botch up his order every time. The food seems oilier and they are cutting back on portion sizes. Unfortunately, WE WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HON ANYMORE. WE ARE TIRED OF THE INCONSISTENCY.

We waited 10 minutes to get a table, 10 minutes to see a server, 10 minutes to get our drinks. There were 6 tables sat, 2 servers, a food runner, and a hostess. If there was a manager around, they need to be canned. The entire staff was panicking. It was the APOCOLYPSE. No kids menu or half portions. $3.75 for a "strawberry lemonade" clearly made from powder mix. Food is oily, poor quality The check came before I even finished half my beer and 5 minutes after I got my food. I was asked if I was ready to pay 4 times. It cost $38.95 for my daughter and I to have lunch.

Very poor quality Thai food. They outsource their noodles which shows, and their veggies are low quality and shockingly sparse.
