I've been using WorkWave for the last 1 - 2 years. I signed up when it was under a different name/brand. I have experience with other small business software selection and have found the following using the routing system- 1. My sales rep Max has been great. While implementing he was available at odd hours to help coordinate issue resolution. 2. Issues/bugs- there were some, they've been resolved. I tend to plan on them when working with software in active development. I judge a software company by their response. It was good. 3. Customer service- response times are quick via email tickets (less than 24 hours). I can also get a service rep direct by email and a call back within a few hours. Feature wise- I use roughly 1800 orders to be routed to 15+ vehicles in a 4 week period. You need to be able to think and implement with logic. Your foundation for input drives the output... I'm satisfied. Yes, there are some limitation when working with different team sizes (among other issues). I would recommend vs multiple other routing solutions I've tried.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WORKWAVE! I used their ServiceCEO software. They locked me into a year long contract and the software did not live up to what was promised. They refused to acknowledge the situation and sent what I owed them to debt collectors. Their sales rep, Grey Goodrich, misrepresented the software and promised me multiple times that it would synchronize with QuickBooks. It didn't. Instead, it would create multiple names of same customer and the sales tax didn't transfer correctly, which caused us to manually change the invoice in QuickBooks. When this happened, we couldn't export payment anymore and ended up having to do more work. We had two LONG conversations with their help desk who couldn't help us. They didn't follow up either, nor did Grey Goodrich the sales rep follow up with us despite knowing we had issues. Their senior managers were rude. I asked them to acknowledge the situation and the fact that I didn't get what I paid for and to drop the matter. They refused, so now I would like to let everybody know not to do business with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WORKWAVE OR SERVICECEO!

I had a 2 year contract with this company. They will penny, nickel and dime you to death! The program is NOT user friendly and ir required many extra hours to get it to work half way right. This company is quick to charge you for every little thing and gives you very little in return. Their accounting department is horrible! After completing a 2 year contract in November of 2015, giving a 90 day written termination notice we are still dealing with extra unknown charges in March of 2016! I will be willing to revise my 1 ☆ review if the accounting department closes, clears and credits our account properly once and for all!

I have worked for 3 different companies that all use Marathon now Workwave. You get more help from the online forums then you do from their own tech support. You call and almost always it is, I am going to have to ask someone about that and call you back. If you are lucky you will get one of the reps that has been there for years and can do everything for you. If you get that lucky asked for their ext or email so that you can always just deal with them. That is the best way with this group. As for the software it does its job. That is until there is an update, then nothing works right for a few days. You would think that they would do a little more testing with their updates, but they don't. In 11 years of using PestPac there has never been an update that went flawless, or even close to a slight inconvenience. Their lack of bug testing for new updates has resulted in countless amounts of lost money. PestPac is a shell of a client database that can be modified for its users to see fit for their business model. But those modifications don't come cheap. If there is a feature that you really want the best way to get it is to talk about it in the forums and get enough people to want it as well. it will eventually make it into one of the updates. If not you can pay the $5000 programming fee, just to see it get added into an update 3-6 months later. (speaking from experience on this one). So over all I give a 3 star review b/c like I said. The software does its job when it is working. There are no other companies out there that offer the matured functionality of the client database. There are new companies that start up but not sure if they are going to make it or have the experience that Marathon has under its belt at this time. But I can say that a few years from now when some of these other companies that call me weekly have some traction under their wheels. I will be making the switch to one of them. For now I live with the necessary evil that is PestPac.

We tried Workwave for a week and are now responsible for 3 months of hosting. (over $600) We quickly realized that it was not going to work due to the app not having functionalities that we could not operate without. They will not budge at all. It is really sad when a small business is looking for help and ends up using the budget that was intended for improvements for their team and clients on something they can't use at all. I can not imagine doing business with such little customer service and integrity. If you are thinking about Workwave make sure you are ready to pay regardless of if it works for your business or not.

Awful company. We reformatted a machine and needed a copy of the software (paid in full) to place onto the fixed machine. Jennifer from customer service told one of my employees that we would have to buy additional maintenance (600 dollars) to get a copy of our software. So I called them to find out why software on a perpetual license would require maintenance costs. Jennifer past me on to garret, who told me he couldn't find the installer. He promised to have it the next day. Next rolls around, no call, no software. I call back, Jennifer tells me garret has a half day, and will get back to me Monday. Monday rolls around, no call... I call, Jennifer puts me on hold to find garret, with no notice, passes me to his voice mail. I leave a message and call back to find out out if I can talk to someone else, Jennifer stops answering her phone. I call workwave to talk to someone further up the tree, they transfer me to Doug who works for garret who miraculously has the installer. I ask to speak with the boss, am told the ceo doesn't take calls from customers. I linked in him, garret sends me a friend request on linked in... This my friends is a mess. Furthermore it is clear that the ceo has contempt for his customers. This business is right on the edge of scummy. Steer clear good people. Nothing but head aches here.

I cancelled services 2 months ago with this company and they STILL CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD! Of course when you need to contact them, they are closed. They don't list their phone number on the invoices and you have to waste your time finding them on google. Seem shady!
