Here's a neat Hazel ruleset for automatically sucking photos/movies sent to you via iMessage, into Photos.app:
1. First, add a Folder pointing at Library/Messages/Attachments/
2. Add a rule to recurse into folders (see attached images)
3. Add a rule to import things into Photos.app if they are a an Image/Movie and there's a "Device make" field set (i.e. a camera manufacturer). The Device Make field is important, otherwise you pull in things like the animated Apple Watch emoji.09.43.24.png
