Went there today for the Brunch Buffet, the food was AWESOME! The staff was friendly, and gave awesome service. I loved the decor and the vibe, it's definitely a family friendly place. It was cool being able to enjoy a good brunch, while cheering for the Bears. I will definitely be back again very soon! I found out about this place on TV.

Very cool bar scene. The food was great. Highlight was the fried pickles and the burgers. Will definitely be back

Coming from a Southern family, I'm always really skeptical about anything claiming to be "southern" that's not made below the Mason-Dixon line. It just doesn't seem right - like eating seafood when you're not near the sea. And considering how easy it is to really mess up grits, I normally opt to stay away from southern-style cooking in Chicago. However, Stanley's is a big exception the rule. These folks cook southern food that tastes (almost) as good as my mama's. The restaurant is casual and has an upstairs and a downstairs, the latter of which is usually dedicated to live music or comedy. Their extensive beer and drink menu doesn't disappoint, and the cocktails combined with the fun atmosphere will keep you there for hours. While you're there, the shrimp and grits is a must-try, and if you're hungry still, order some of the fried mac and cheese balls!

I've only been to Stanley's for brunch, so this rating is solely on that. Stanley's has great brunch buffet. There's lots of food options, but a made-to-order omelet bar included in the cost. I think they also have a drink package for extra.

Great place to eat brunch after a night out on the town in Chicago. The bloody mary bar is exceptional. The food and atmoshphere are always great!

Ive been to Stanleys a number of times, but mainly for the bar, not the food. As a bar, its great, especially if youre a hockey fan. I went the night the hawks won the cup and it was unbelievable. The food is nothing special really. I would not go there an expect a great dining experience. They did have free mashed potatoes when I was there after the Stanley Cup victory and that was hilarious and cool of them.
