Welcome to Boundary, a Terence Conran, Vicki Conran and Peter Prescott project opened on New Years’ Eve in 2008. The hotel comprises three restaurants and bars, 17 individually designed guest bedrooms, a bakery and small food store, plus a rooftop garden, taking over the site of a late-Victorian warehouse in Shoreditch.

The rooftop does get busy in the summer and the is a nice place to chill, if you get there early enough or can get a place in the line. But let's talk about their brunch. It's a very limited menu (6-8 items only) but was delivered beautifully, with scrambled eggs were buttery, and not rubbery, the croissant was layered and flaky and the berries in the muesli were fresh and sharp. A great options for brunch in the area.

Location, location, location :-) can't beat a rooftop in this part of town, although the view itself is not so jaw dropping. It might have a posh appearance at street level but is actually quite relaxed. Only had coffee, so no opinions about food. When the weather is in sync it is a great place to be, it reminded me of the so many open-air places back in Greece. Queueing will almost certainly be necessary, you will need to be patient.

Their rooftop bar has been featured in many publications and the setting certainly didn't disappoint. They control the queue quite meticulously to ensure guests at the rooftop have adequate space to the enjoy the outdoor weather. Three stars because the menu for the rooftop felt somewhat limited, and level of service was a bit below what one would expect given the smart casual setting.

I went here a couple of months ago and I have to say the service was great, the food was great and the atmosphere was spot on. There was a nice ambience and I loved the lamb I ordered along with the mash potato. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Excellent restaurant with great tasting food! and an excellent service. I really like the rooftop view of London. The Seabass fish is excellent and their juicy steak! I highly recommend this place!

Very solid cuisine (though the dessert was passable at best), attentive and not-overbearing service, comfortable atmosphere

The downstairs restaurant is one of my fave London spots for a special meal - try their fruits de mer platter! The decor is plush but modern. Also, their rooftop is a great urban garden to have some drinks in.

Get here early to grab a seat on the roof terrace and boost your vitamin D intake in the sun and sip on some lovely, and well priced, cocktails....they also have a nice little cigar selection and a great food menu.
