Great place for Vacation. Glad I came here with family. Enjoyed every day to the fullest. All inclusive is the Best. Everybody here is very nice to you. We kept going back to La Laguna for Lunch and Dinner. The Waiter named Marcos was very attentive to our needs. This is what makes places like this stand out, that people help you and are very polite.

Everybody here is really, really nice. If you come here, make sure you eat at the Laguna restaurant. Food is good, fresh and delicious. We had different options to go to, but kept coming here. Our Waiters name was Marcos. Very polite person, most of all, very attentive to our needs.

This resort is different than most down here. With the "Eco" theme in mind, there are animals and plants everywhere. It was unlike any resort I had been to. I would recommend it for families or anyone who wants something a little different than the usual "all-inclusive" vibe. It was a great experience and fun to see the animals around every corner. The on-site cenote is nice and the ruins are cool. The beach is a little rocky but still beautiful.

We've stayed at the princess resorts before, and this resort doesn't really stack up. I let them know the first day that our shower wasn't draining, and that because of a recent surgery it increased my risk of infection. It took three days and five complaints to get things fixed. My wife and I are getting a free private dinner on the beach out of it, but I would rather have just not wasted time trying to get stuff fixed. A lady next to me yesterday at the concierge said she had the same problem, and it took multiple visits to the front desk to get her issues resolved as well. The food is okay, and the drinks are okay... And that pretty much sums up the whole resort... Just okay.

It is a very gorgeous hotel with many attractions on it like animals you can see. The people who work here are very nice. The only thing is that it is really big so you will walk off that unlimited buffet hahaha.

Definitely won't be returning to this Sandos resort. I have stayed 3 times at the other Sandos resorts and I have always been very pleased with their service, food, and rooms. Although this resort definitely lacks on customer service and guest hospitality. Food at the buffet was gross, we actually had to leave the resort to have a good dinner, not only that but we all (group of 11) got some kind of stomach bug there. The rooms are definitely out dated and need improving, the pools were so cloudy and full we never even got in them. The Royal Elite section pool with a swim up bar was always full with kids, and bartender was always to busy to serve the adults which to me is ridiculous I couldn't even get a drink at the bar. The club was a joke a bunch of 18 yr old kids getting wasted and making a fool of themselves. Water slides were ok besides the fact you get skin burn on them if you don't ride them properly which the lifeguards fail to inform you. The cenote was "ok" to many people in there at once, always a long line to get in. On the positive side the beach was ok and the ocean was nice and calm with warm water. Some areas were rocky. Unfortunately we will not be staying at this resort again. I highly recommend Sandos Cancun and Sandos Playacar. Thank you Doris in the Royal Elite Concierge for trying your best to accommodate our needs and providing us with great customer service.

Being an 'Eco' resort was really nice! The Monkeys, Iguanas, Birds, Coati, ext were a great addition to the large resort grounds. It's defiantly worth the extra penny for a higher room category, Adult Only / Royal Elite. Beach was okay, rocky, but there are swim-able areas and nice prox to Playa del Carmen.

Best resort I have been to in years. The daily activities are awesome and the staff is spectacular. The beach wasn't the best, but your all inclusive is valid for another resort close by with extravagant beaches. Tons of included activities.
