They are very reasonably priced and I've never had any issues. The only problem is that when it comes to removing stains from anything that needs dry cleaning they just aren't up to the task and my dress clothes come back with the same stains that I brought in to be treated. For everyday dry cleaning they are fine but for professional dry cleaning go to Lexington Cleaners down the street in Buffalo Grove.

These guys can be pretty slow and they aren't open weekends to complete orders. If you need anything in a rush forget it. Otherwise if you have plenty of time and don't run into any issues where you have to deal with their customer service then I suppose they are fine. Just cross your fingers that things go smoothly.

Took the wife here for her birthday. We both really enjoyed the live music, appetizers (jumbo shrimp and cheese-steak eggrolls), and dessert (smores mousse). We really wanted to like this place because for the most part it was a solid steakhouse but when your signature Kansas City bone-in strip steak is as tough as a leather boot then you're going to have to endure the harsh feedback. My wife's filet mignon was nothing memorable either. Service was good. We both wish we could have eaten here and enjoyed the ambiance and service while having them pick up our steaks from Wildfire next door or from Pete Miller's down the street.

Had a remote starter installed on my vehicle and I was mostly pleased with the service. The options provided and pricing were reasonable but the install took 3 hours longer than promised. Other than that everything went well and I'd recommend them.

Not a typical Gino's. First of all they should warn you that the toppings are not baked into the deep dish pizza. This is HERESY! Second of all, there is no second of all but since I said first of all I'm stuck saying second of all.

For a repair shop they were better than average with customer service. They were upfront about repairs and costs with my high mileage BMW and gave me straight info to make a decision about repairs. They are not the cheapest around although competitive and do ok work. Here's what I didn't like: - they refuse to use customer supplied OEM/OE BMW parts even though customer parts may be superior to their parts. - I noticed they did the least amount of work possible even though my car had other leaks in the same area that needed repair. I discovered this later when I investigated and fixed the leaks myself. Even though it saved me money, I had to do my own diagnosis and it didn't inspire confidence in giving me a good picture of my vehicle's condition.

These guys don't do anything special. It's a very basic detail which is fine but don't have any kind of expectation above 2 star service. If you can get a deal it's not too bad but don't ever pay full price for this level of service. Oh and it will take all day (6-8 hours) so don't believe them if they say any less.
