.So far, the boom in video-sharing apps is being fueled by fast user growth at start-ups such as Viddy. About 26 million people have downloaded the Los Angeles company's app since it was launched a year ago, and it is currently adding around a million users a day.

Which companies have the most angel investors (including alums?) Hint: Google tops the list.. but there are some surprises!
Many angel investors previously worked at technology icons that are known for minting millionaires, like Google Inc. and PayPal. But Silicon Valley's angel-investor scene is far from homogenous, new d...

This is my favorite tech brawl fest of the moment. So alike... yet so different. Why Amazon vs. Apple is one to watch.

Does the consumer win or lose out when it comes to feuds between Apple and Samsung or Apple and Google or even now Apple and Amazon?

Tech companies, what's your intern strategy? The fight over the best and brightest college -- and soon, high schoolers -- is getting intense.
Silicon Valley's talent wars are going younger. Bay Area tech companies, already in a fierce fight for full-time hires, are now also battling to woo summer interns.

The intern battle does seem to be heating up a lot. I've noticed increased pressure to find candidates earlier in the year here at our company. rough times as they say....it's hard to guage. yes, the best and brightest will always be sought after by tech companies. but there are other intern gigs available at tech companies, including mine, that are looking for admin and non-engineerig work. Considering finding jobs if you don't have a high tech skill set seems to be tough for recent grads, I would think that interns would be more motivated to look for their employers as well. thanks for pointing the article out.
