Were visiting Dallas from out of town and suddenly experienced engine trouble with our 2005 325i. Made it to Classic BMW early on a Friday afternoon, got right in to the Service Department. Were greeted warmly by Service Advisor Zuhaib Makda, who was completely professional and friendly. Were provided a complimentary loaner car while ours was being diagnosed and repaired. Makda had taken time to examine car and found another repair item that, while not urgent, would soon need attention (which our local dealership has never mentioned) AND he checked the recall notices and found one needing attention, as well (which our local dealership has failed to address in the last several visits). BMW repairs are never inexpensive, but Makda and Classic BMW treated us fairly, with friendliness, good service, efficiency -- everything very professional. We'll be moving to Dallas, and Classic BMW will be my BMW dealership the next time I need service or when I'm ready to buy my next BMW!

You come across excellent customer service nowadays not as often as you would like; however that was not the case for me at Classic BMW. My salesperson Bradley Roberts is a "diamond in the rough"- just an overall good, honest, delivers on his promise type of guy. Treated me and my son with the utmost respect and attention during our entire experience. This guy has a presence that owns the room. Left out on Saturday a very happy, satisfied customer with an awesome 2015 BMW. If you want no nonsense, superior customer service- you should go see Bradley.

Just bought 2 cars - 2015 M4 Convertible (for the wifey) and 2015 X5 (for myself). Our sales adviser, Bradley Roberts, was a dream to work with! In a very few words, his personality and customer service were unparalleled by any of my experiences anywhere, BAR NONE!! If you keep up the hard work and honesty, Mr. Roberts, success will become your shadow and will follow you wherever you go! And, not to leave out Mr. Menon, Arun Menon, all he did was sweetened the pot!! A job well-done guys! You guys are amazging!! :)

This dealership seems bent on showing how I am the problem or not BMW material. I would sell my BMW if this were the only place to purchase products and get service. It's like they are a restaurant. Everyone is very nice, however, when they spill your plate of spaghetti on your shirt, they are likely not to notice or apologize, but they will bring you another plate of spaghetti 30 minutes later, IF you try to talk to the GM, which you will not be able to do. I am so saddened to have to recommend that you avoid this dealership at all costs. They have not heard of proactive customer service.

The service department has always provided excellent customer service each time I've brought my X3 in for service. From the moment I pull into the service center, the staff is very polite and attentive and makes it a point to ensure that I have been assisted. I work a few streets down from Classic BMW and they have gone above and beyond my expectations, even dropping me off at work once when I left the car there for an oil change and picking me back up when my car was ready. I have found the staff to be very informative, attentive, patient, and honest. Definitely would purchase another BMW from this location. The snacks in the waiting area are an added bonus ;) 10/10 would do business with again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I love my BMW, and although I live very close to classic bmw plano, I will NEVER take my car there again. It would take me a novel to explain my situation with them from when I dropped off my car for a detail, inspection, routine service, and back bumper repair. It was two weeks back and forth of "your car is at the collision center" to "no ma'am the car is not here at the collision center." But what really inspired me to write this review was the fact that my car had 20 extra miles on it when I picked it up, not to mention the bass and treble settings were turned ALL the way up.... So nice to know that while my car was "missing" it was really being taken on a joy ride. How UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention that both I and other BMW owners had to wait more than 2 hours for a rental car to be pulled up that day, which is where my headache started in the first place, and it didn't just end when I finally picked my car up two weeks later. After filling up their rental with gas, I picked up my car with 3 miles of fuel left and not but 10 minutes after re-filling my own car, the light popped up that I was at minimal engine oil after they were just supposed to service it. This isn't the first time I have experienced trouble with this service center either. Unless you want to deal with idiots, do not buy a car here and do not service your car here.

The service in the wholesale department is something not found a lot in todays society, they are exceptional in their knowledge of the parts, and the customer service shines above all else. Its nothing but good manners and politeness from beginning to end on the phone. Ty (not spelled correctly) and Javier are the gentlemen Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. You want something ordered correctly, in a timely fashion, at a good cost, with excellent service, this is your establishment.

Got a problem starting my 535i, and sent it to Classic BMW at Plano TX. While the car was in diagnostic, I did a lot of researches online, and learned BMW had a recall for the fuel pump in some cars that were produced from 04/2007 to 10/2008. My car was within the recall, which required dealerships to replace old injectors to new ones. So when Classic BMW informed me that my car got a problem with injectors, I mentioned this recall to my SA Randy Smith, and asked him if my car got new version of injectors. He replied YES, IT GOT NEW VERSION OF INJECTORS, and he continued that the recall was done so you have to replace all of your injectors at your expense. I declined the replacement and took my car back. I opened the engine cover and found actually THREE OF SIX INJECTORS ARE OLD VERSION, which does not match to what Randy Smith said. I think he was trying to hide something or even I don't wanna use "CHEAT" this kind of word. Eventually, today I went back to Randy, and showed him the document about the recall. He said he knew this recall. And guess what? He said I KNEW YOUR CAR GOT OLD VERSION OF INJECTORS, which was completely different from what he said yesterday. OMG, how can he say something totally different just in one day? He was arrogant and continued "The recall was done. We just followed the guideline from BMW. If you think anything wrong with the recall, you have to talk to BMW North America. Pushed me to another corner. The bottom line is I don't care to spend money on repairing my car. But I don't like being cheated. The dealership could have nicely explained their procedures and the reason why they did not replace all of six injectors under the recall instead of fooling people around or avoiding troubles. Hey why is there no options of zero star or negative stars? If there were, I would definitely give Classic BMW negative ones. Footnote: I called BMW North America. They said they don't know what happened about why the dealership only replaced three of faulty injectors. They sent me back to the dealership, and recommended me talk to the service manager John Berry. John said he doesn't know what happened about the recall as it was not done by them. The other dealership did the recall. I think BMW can dismiss all of its employees and buy an automatic recorder repeating "I don't know" to their customers. When discussing about Randy Smith, John just simply said "There must've been miscommunications", which similar to "I don't know". Good Job! John!

We are sorry to hear that your fuel injectors need to be replaced. We understand that this can be a daunting. The recall was performed 4 years ago, for the previous owner of your car by another BMW dealer. Under the recall guidelines, only 3 of the injectors needed to be replaced. In the past 4 years, new model injectors have come out and they can't be mixed with the previous model injectors. The current index model supersedes all of the injectors in your car at this time, which is why we recommend replacing them all. We want to resolve your concern and ultimately get your BMW fixed.
