A sweet fall treat!

PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:
½ cup 1% cottage cheese
1 egg
1 pkg. QWLC Vanilla Pudding
½ tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
1-2 tbsp. skim milk
2 melba toasts, crushed

Directions:
Spray a small baking dish with Pam, then pour in crushed melba toast. In a small food processor, combine cottage cheese, egg, QWLC Vanilla Pudding, vanilla, pumpkin spice and skim milk. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake at 350 degress for 20-30 minutes until solid. Chill several hours or overnight. Enjoy!

PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE

Ingredients:
½ cup skim milk, frothed
1 cup coffee (or 1 serving espresso)
A few dashes of pumpkin spice
Sweetener as desired

Directions:
Pour frothed milk on top of coffee. Add sweetener as desired and sprinkle pumpkin spice on top.



“PUMPKIN” PANCAKES

Ingredients:
1 package QWLC pancake mix
½ tsp. pumkin spice
2 tbsp. Walden Farms Zero Calorie Maple Syrup

Directions:
Mix pancake mix according to instructions on package. Add pumpkin spice. Cook on hot griddle or skillet and top with syrup. *Syrup counts as your serving of salad dressing



PUMKIN-CCINO

Ingredients:
1 package QWLC cappuccino supplement
Pumpkin spice

Directions:
Mix cappuccino mix with 6-8 oz. hot water. Add pumpkin spice to taste. SO EASY!

"I like Mexican food, and this has helped meet that want while staying true to the program. I have used it on ground venison, ground turkey, and also slow cooked some chicken breast with it and make a taco salad with it. I add cayenne pepper and chipotle chile powder to it as well to give it a little more "zing" (replacing some of the chili powder with it.)"
